    Fleetwood invoiced me for a lift I purchased from them, but said nothing about requiring a down payment. About a week before it was to be delivered, they insisted on payment in full before delivery. I was in the middle of building a house, and had little choice but to pay them. When the lift was delivered, it was missing parts, and had a wiring problem. They said the wiring problem was not their responsibility since it was that way from the factory. In addition they did not deliver all the parts. In the end I had to take them to Small Claims to recover my money. I won, they appealed the decision. I had to go back a second time and won again. They finally refunded my money. (I fixed the wiring problem and finished installing the lift myself.)

    The services were excellent. Dr. Nichols spent a long time discussing issues with my teeth, and developing a plan to take care of my teeth in the coming years. My insurance covered everything, so I can't comment on price.

    Superficial exam did not include standard check and recording into medical chart condition of each tooth or checking for growths. Exam and film unable to diagnose problem; adequacy of film questioned by DDS but no other films taken. Only suggestion was to wait and see if pain subsided. Paid for full exam and film Whitening kit promoted with a full exam was denied. Very unhappy with service and waste of money. Price for exam also above average.

    I haven't had much dealings with billing. I like that it is close to home, and it is covered by our insurance. I dislike that they dentist they have is the dentist you get, so you don't get to pick your dentist. It doesn't matter much to me because I usually get my teeth cleaned.

    The owners of Caring Hearts visited our home to help assess my wife's needs. An RN was sent to further assess the home environment and my Wife's condition. We have been contracting with caring Hearts for services since early November 2014 and we have been very, very pleased with the care-givers, and professional staff. I'd recommend Caring Hearts to anyone in need of Home care.

    I have been seeing the doctor for about 10 years. He is very personable and happy to spend all the time I need with him. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field. The office staff are very good and I have had no problems with their service. They are pleasant to work with and I have had no problems being seen when I need.

    I have been using them for probably about 12 years. I can almost always get an appointment on the day I call. He calls me back when the lab results are in and gives me results. He is attentive, listens to my questions and gives good comments. I am pleased. The staff is fine. There is one thing that I don't like, and that is that when their office is closed, there is no way to call in a prescription or leave a message. You can only leave requests for prescriptions when the office is open, you can leave it during lunch hour. I don't have to wait very long.

    I won't go to them again, because I went in, I saw somebody, was given medicine and was on my way, there was no follow up. One time I went in, and they gave me medication, and I felt like they gave me something, just to say that they gave me something. I went to my private physician after that, and they rolled their eyes when I told them what they gave me.

    The receptionist asked to me to wait on hold and checked with the dentist at 4:30pm before the holiday weekend.  She told me to bring my son right over.  The dentist took such great care of my son and made him feel comfortable.  They took x-rays and were very thorough.  The dentist ended up polishing his tooth, and I'm very happy with his work.  He shook my hand several times and also helped me as the worried mother.  I am thrilled with the care we received!  We will definitely be back for cleanings and routine care.

    Everyone at the gym was friendly and greeted you by name.  I left simply because I started doing more at home workouts.  I would return in a heartbeat if I needed the services of a fitness center again.  Every trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful.  Fitness classes were at convenient times as well.
