ACatalino Gutter SystemsI called for an estimate from several companies and no one returned the request. A week or so went buy and I got an apologetic message from Beth saying she noticed that she had not returned my call, After a phone tag she told me that they were really busy and were booked out almost eight weeks, but she would send Jeremey out to look at the needed work for the estimate if I wanted. She told me that they would continue to work to complete each job as long as the weather was good. She was extremely honest about the schedule, cost, keeping in touch as to when they would arrive. Her efforts to deal with more work on top of an overwhelming schedule had the tone of an honest small business doing everything they could to help the potential customer. When the work day came, a team showed up on time, they removed the old gutters efficiently and made sure there was no debris from the removal process around the house. Then they methodically created the new system installation without a hitch. The team was extremely skilled and there were no wasted movements. I believe I have a gutter system that is more functional than the original system. BTW - did I mention that it was done on a day that was not the most ideal for working outside. They walked me around the house and explained what they did and why. Extremely skilled crew working for a small business that is honest, reasonably priced, and trustworthy, Catalino Gutter Systems. AStellar RoofingAfter contacting Stellar Roofing, Matt scheduled a time to estimate the job. He arrived on time and we talked about the job. He gave me good advice on how to best do the job, measured the roof and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was the best I received. The day the job began, the crew showed up on time and went to work immediately. They were very respectful, well organized and professional. The job was done on time, two days, and cleaned up immaculately. We are totally impressed with the overall experience and highly recommend Stellar Roofing.- John W.

Material shortages in the time of COVID prolonged the job, but they kept in communication with us. End result great, they dealt with minor issues that came up, would use them again.- John K.

He performed all work as promised and also went the extra mile to transition the downspout color from white to black to match the barn color scheme. Fantastic! AOverall, Northside did an excellent job. Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner and the company was careful to protect the house and landscaping. There was only one job related misstep and the company accepted responsibility. The problem was thoroughly corrected promptly and professionally. Workers were respectful of property, courteous and approachable. Josh, the general project supervisor, a professionals professional, was a pleasure to work with. The estimate was accurate. The contract was detailed and fair. Craftsmanship while unexceptional, was acceptable. Some minor damage to gutters and incomplete post job cleanup was noted, but quickly and completely corrected when brought to the company's attention. Altogether, a responsible, responsive and ethical company. We would recommend Northside to our friends and neighbors without reservation.

ACrew of 7 worked 7 am (dawn) to 5 pm (dusk) in early December, hard-working & smooth working team, with foreman on site + project manager that checked in daily. Foreman checked in with me regularly as work progressed. Founder of this longtime family business came at the end to review job and receive payment. Removed old roof, replaced plywood underlayment, flashing as needed. Found source of ALL the leaks, installed flashing where it had been missing to prevent future issues. Looks GREAT!. Minor issue: quality of wood trim that had to be removed & then replaced; needs carpenter skills, not a strong part of their skill set, so I will have that upgraded in the spring.
