  • It turned out all right. Two ladies and a man came in. The prices were less physical. It wasn't exactly what they wanted. Maybe they misunderstood what I was saying, but they did a good job with what they did.  My advice is to make sure that they understand what you expect of them. I just want to get the service for two hours.

  • Loved it! Couldn't do a better job myself. I paid for 9 hours of cleaning (3 people for 3 hours) and they were able to do a very good job on a 5 bedroom home in that time. They were thorough, careful and didn't have to be here all day! I would definitely have them back again or keep them on a regular schedule.

  • Went well.  Brenda and her colleague cleaned the house top to bottom.  Blinds cleaning, 3 & 1/2 bathrooms, thorough cleaning of the kitchen and the appliances.  It was a lot of work for two people in 8 hours.

  • We have had a cleaning service every week for years and were switching providers.  This was their first time at our home.  Unfortunately the quality of work isn't what we expected.  Floors were not very clean and toliets were missed.  The provider did offer to come back, but frankly you get 1 shot to introduce your quality and this fell short,

  • We were using them on a weekly basis.  What started off as three cleaners, became two over time.  The quality of work was absolutely sporadic based on whom showed up.  Also the amount of supplies they used most assuredly kept home depot in business for a couple of years.  Diane is a very nice woman, as were the crews.  The quality that started off so well absolutely fell over time.

  • I was very disappointed in the service. I made three separate appointments with them, two of the three appointments I took off of work. They did not show up or even call to let me know they weren't coming. I would not recommend them.

  • Partners in Grime began cleaning our home about a year ago. At first I was pleased with their service. They were pretty punctual and thorough, and the cost seemed reasonable. But over time I noticed things I wanted to change about how they cleaned my home, and they were not very open to making changes. First of all, many of the products they like to use are harsh and have strong odors. After a few months I asked if we could provide other products instead because we have allergies and asthma in the family. They said yes, but then the women who came seemed confused and either didn't use the new products or used them in strange places. For instance, one day my daughter's furniture was cleaned with Seventh Generation disinfecting bathroom cleaner. I once found a bottle of Fantastik in my son's room after they cleaned. I asked them not to use Fantastik in the bedrooms, but they continued to use it anyway. I asked them to use milder cleaners and not to use more than they really had to. I suggested many surfaces around the house could be wiped with a damp clothe, but they just didn't seem to understand. After this, they continued to clean surfaces in the bedrooms, door frames throughout the house, and wood furniture with Fantastik or bathroom cleaner. I emailed them about this 3 times and talked to them about it at my house once, but they never got it.
    Then the worst thing, which started right from the beginning but only became apparent after several cleanings, is that they damaged my stove by using oven cleaner to clean the stove grates. The oven cleaner began wearing the finish off the grates and the paint off the control panel. At that point I learned that Easy Off should not be used anywhere on a stove's exterior. Both Easy Off and the stove's manufacturer agree on this. I had not known that, but a professional cleaning service should have known. When I realized what had happened and knew what needed to be done to fix it, I contacted them and explained. The owner said she would take a look and talk to the women who had been cleaning my house, but then it took 2 more emails from me and almost 3 weeks to get a call from her. She was defensive, saying green cleaners just didn't work well and that it is important to clean spills on the stove right away. Neither of these arguments would excuse her employees damaging my stove. We got disconnected after a few minutes and she never called back. I sent another email, and then after about another week I got an email offering to pay for the control panel to be replaced, but no answer on the replacement of the grates (the Maytag repairman told me neither could be repaired). After another 2 emails from me and another week and a half, the owner finally said she would only pay for the control panel. So instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused and working with us to quickly fix it, they took almost 6 weeks to finally refused to take care of the necessary repairs. I was really just stunned by their lack of responsiveness to this issue and the smaller issues that arose while they were working for us. I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone.

  •  hours was enough time. Owner said they would stop work at  4 hours or the extra cost for 1 hour of cleaning- would be $50.00 man/hr. I said OK extra $50.00 would be ok if needed. The actually cleaning took 3 1/2 hours. The owner arrived to pick up the 2 cleaning people and said it would cost me extra $150.00. I was upset about the extra cost and expressed my unhappiness. He said it was for $50 man hour (I guess I did not understand "MAN HOURS"). This is the 3rd cleaning services I have tried or used that offered a discount but either they never shown-up, cost extra money or did a bad job.  I purchased this deal because it said $199 for 4 Hours of Cleaning and that what I expected. I do not feel the owner was clear about the extra cost "MAN HOURS".

  • From the moment I called, Angie was great.  She understood what I needed and worked to help me address my cleaning needs.  Angie sent Joan to my house and she arrived on time both times I've called and went right to work.  It is a big house and seemed like a daunting task to begin a much needed deep-cleaning of the house from top to bottom.  Joan rolled up her sleeves and jumped right in--working non-stop with excellent results.  She was extremely detail oriented.  I will definitely use Muffetta's again in the future and hope to use them on a more regular basis.  Definitely reliable and great service.  Only drawback is that it is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.  And here I wasn't disappointed with the results in the least.  I highly recommend Muffetta's.  Thanks so much!!
