Rockhounding, Hydroseeding and Landscaping

I was on CountryCare's schedule for over a month. We had a signed and agreed upon quote for the work to be performed. In the middle of the work being performed, Mark, the owner showed up and said that he needed to re-measure. The size of my yard did not change, but for a reason that Mark could not explain or justify, he was trying to raise the price of the service on me. I had sent them, at Mark's request, a survey map of the property so that they knew the property lines and the exact dimensions. When asking Mark why he was trying to raise the price and what justification he had, he become emotional and extremely unprofessional. He ended up walking off the job because he could not explain or communicate a valid reason for asking for more money. Consider yourself warned that Mark is dishonest and very unprofessional. There are many landscapers out there to choose from, I encourage you to choose someone other than Countrycare.

I use Country Care. They pressure wash my house every year. They clean my gutters and do my lawn every week. They also do snow removal, and they will do my porch as well.

They are landscapers, but they do contract work as well. They can do inside work and outside work as well. They are absolutely excellent.

Performed the spring cleanup (lawn thatching), will be cutting the lawn for the season, and will be performing the fall cleanup when due.

I met with the owner Mark. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and explained what Countrycare Landscaping would do for me. The pricing was reasonable. So far, the work they have done is excellent. The lawn looked great after the thatching was performed. Dillon is the young man who is cutting the lawn about once a week. He does an excellent job for the cutting, trimming, and blower cleanup. The yard looks great after the lawn cutting. I've talked with Dillon a few times. He is friendly, courteous, and takes the time to talk with you with no problem. As busy as he is with all the lawns he cuts, he takes the time when you have questions for him. I would definitely recommend Countrycare Landscaping for anyone needing landscape work. Am thinking of having Countrycare Landscaping do more yard work next year.

Removed old sidewalk, prepared base for the new paver sidewalk, and installed the base and pavers. I can't imagine the installers doing a better job even at their own house.

The job started on the date provided by the salesman, the workers were prompt arriving on time, were very professionl and performed the work above my expectations. I would recommend this contractor to any friend or relative.

Patio, landscape and trees to the backyard.

I have used Countrycare twice. One in 1991 at my old house (complete new landscape), and then later at my new house. When I bought the house, the General Contractor used a different company for the front yard. It was a home-a-rama house. They did OK, but it did not compare to the work Mark and Countrycare did. I would use them again

We used Countrycare Landscape to remove all the trees and shrubs in the front of our house. They pulled out the stoop and sidewalk and replaced it with new trees and shrubs. They also built a new paver, stoop, and sidewalk.

I liked their design fence. We had talked to others too and Countrycare Landscape presented the best design based on what we told them. They did a good job of matching our lawns with the designs they presented. They were very professional and did the job in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the results.

Removed and replaced bluestone patio area

Mark Wyman (pres) arrived in a timey manner to discuss what needed to be done. He had several suggestions and recommendations,, and was very willing to listen to my ideas and likes. He left several materials for me to try out and gave me estimates for 3 different scenarios. Throughout the process he was professional, helpful and very anxious for me to be happy with the finished product. We settled on an option, although it was not exactly what I had originally had in mind. On the day his worker was removing the existing stones he arrived with an additional option, closer to what I had wanted, and took me to help pick out the stones. I was extremely impressed with his efforts to provide me with exactly what I wanted. Both Mark and his staff were punctual, polite, personable,professional, talented, and easy to work with. The finished product is beautiful

Removed about 25 tall, damaged arborvitae. Brought in topsoil to raise land about 2 feet and installed concrete blocks for support. Set 10 sections of vinyl fence, plus gate in concrete. Landscaped area with plants and created a stone sitting area as a focal point. Repaired all areas with soil and grass seed.

Kept all dates and times as promised. Staff and supervisor were a pleasure to work with. All tasks were done to perfection. They took much pride in their work and enjoyed showing us each task they were now doing and encouraged our comments as they went along.

Digging up a concrete sidewalk and putting in a paver walk that ramped up to the front door to enable wheelchair access. This required building a small wall for part of it. Blue stone was installed around the side of the house and another paver walk connected to the deck. On the opposite side of the deck a blue stone walk and small paver patio outside a bedroom were made. Grading of the front lawn was done and plantings were put in along the front of the house and beside the garage.

The work went very well due to Jerry Hill's oversight and good instincts. His design turned out even better than we hoped. He has a good eye for what works and he's very easy to work with. The workers were very professional and skilled in their specialties. They were careful and cleaned up the job site before leaving each evening. We were very pleased and would recommend them highly.
