Vein Centers - Nyc Surgical Associates
My experience and outcome couldn't have been better.  First, my legs were photographed and thoroughly examined using modern imaging technology to determine the internal structure and functionality of the veins in question.  Then, Dr. Rotgans did the surgeries, which took a couple of months.  He removed or closed larger, deeper veins, then went after the numerous little ones with small injections. As he worked I was impressed with his perfectionism.  As my legs recovered and the (inevitable) bruising subsided, he scheduled a follow-up visit to see how things were healing.  More photographs and imaging confirmed that the desired results had been achieved.  But it's what I see in the mirror that really counts.  It's March and I'm already dreaming of swimsuits.  Thank you Vein Centers!

    Crystal Run Healthcare - Goshen
I have a number of doctors at Crystal Run: dermatologist, internist (my primary physician), endocrinologist, cardiologist, two neurologists, three orthopedists, diabetic educator, a G-I doc, gynecologist, urologist, and an infectious disease specialist. I am a complicated case. One of the best things about this practice is that they cover everything, and that the individual's records are online and shared among all the doctors who work on you. I have gradually turned to them to cover all aspects of my health except for my pulmonologist (whom I've had for more than 15 years and deals with my allergic-related asthma and critical care, including sleep apnea) and my eye doctor down at the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan. He cares for my diabetic retinopathy and narrow-angle glaucoma and has done a number of laser operations that have made living with narrow angle glaucoma not such a scary deal. It is good to have all the doctors on the same page so that they all know what else is going on. I have the two aforementioned docs send copies of my records to Crystal Run so everything is in the same place. Crystal Run Healthcare has expanded to an incredible facility. When I started going, in 2001, it was one medical building, then there were satellite branches throughout the county, now it covers all of two counties with immense new facilities and every specialty you can imagine. The employees are excellent, from their clean, efficient surgical suites, a complete rehab facility - including a massive salt-water pool - and sleep clinics, the care is the best. The facility is also very involved with the community, sponsoring many health issue educational programs, and healthy community events such as the Classic 10K run every June. You really couldn't ask for more in a medical practice. Crystal Run Healthcare is one of the main reasons I'm glad I live here, considering my existing health issues. My husband and I have always looked forward to retirement and moving out west again, but leaving my doctors is a little scary.

    Matano, Dr. Richard A.
Excellent doctor, He did a bypass on my husbands leg and was very informative and professional from beginning to end. He was the only doctor that came out and spoke to us after my husband was in recovery. All other family's in the waiting area were given phone calls by there doctors. My husband recovered quickly and will be going back to Dr. Matano for his other leg. I would recommend him to anyone. A++++++.

    Michael Vitti MD
He is an excellent doctor. He is a very nice and young doctor, and he is very quiet. He does the lower part of the body for aneurysms, and he has a great office and staff. He will get back to you as quickly as possible, and he is going to try to help us since my husband had some issues with two other doctors who worked on the upper part of his body.

    The Cardiovascular Care Group
There was a short wait for the technician, due to the doctor having a meeting with all of the staff.  Once the technician started the started the exam, she throughly explained to me the steps she took and what the machine was doing.  The test took about 15 minutes and then I had to wait for the doctor to review the results and then discuss them with me.  I only waited about 10 minutes and then Dr. Sales arrived and told me that there was nothing to worry about, that my arteries had no blockage at all.

    Xenophontos, Dr. Xenophont P.
Dr. Xenophontos is great. I like everything about him. I go every six months for tests. They check how my blood is running through my chest and legs. The office is very efficient. They always send reminders. I've never had a problem. He explains where I'm getting better or getting worse. He got me in within three days for surgery. He knew exactly what to do. He is also great at following up.

    New York Presbyterian Cornell
They are professional and innovative, they just don't say "Okay, this is what you got" and today, go home and take care of yourself. They will find out what is wrong with you, they will deal with it and they just don't give up. They are very good at diagnosing. Their rules are if you're 15 minutes late of your appointment, you are not seen. The doctor is punctual, if you have a trouble across appointment, you will be seen at 12 o'clock. They don't make the people who came on time wait. Your insurance doesn't cover them, you have to pay out in cash for diagnosis and whatever your insurance company pays back. You pay them cash upfront but you do get what you pay for.

    Cluley, Dr. Scott
It was excellent. There was no pain and the recovery took like a day. It was an outpatient procedure. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. They run a very efficient office enviroment. I had no problems at all with the billing

    Matano, Dr. Richard A.
He was very professional and really knows what he is doing. He explained everything to me about what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. I had a slight complication. He was very on top of it. He called me every couple of hours to make sure everything was ok. The staff and office was very good. I would definitely go back to him.
