    BLITZ Handyman Services
Mr. Lund's assessment of the job and his work was accurate knowledgeable and professional. All tasks were well crafred and repaired in a timely and professional manner. Arrival was always on time and work prerformed was completed with efficiency and a clear knowledge of his craft. Since the job took two sessions Mr. Lund was always sensitive to arrival times and kept us informed as to when he would begin each day and always showed up on time. We are very satisfied customers and look forward to using BLITZ Handyman Services for other jobs that we may have in the future.

    Paul Parker MD
This was done on an emergency basis, after the surgery to remove the cancer resulted in the site being too large to close by the other surgeon team. They referred me to Dr. Parker, who in spite of being booked solid for the week, saw me that day, and performed the skin graft the next day. It involved taking the skin from my eyelids and sewing the graft on my face.

    Boss, Dr. William K
I got a call from my daughter's daycare that she had fallen forward into a shelve and suffered a cut to her eye requiring  stitches.  I picked her up and got her to the hospital where Dr. Boss performed the surgery on her eye.  We returned to his office for three or four weeks for follow up care.  Nine years later the scar is barely visible due to the excellent surgery and strict aftercare advice.

    Fiorillo, Dr. Michael A
My Dermotologist referred me to Dr. Fiorillo. His office is brand new and beautiful. His staff is warm and welcoming. I was taken in quickly and met without after a brief wait. His bedside manner was wonderful. He asked me questions, gave a recommendation and upon my agreeing, he walked me through the steps of the surgery. Following that, a surgery date was set without having to wait for a prolonged period. On the day of the surgery the staff was once again wonderful. The surgery itself was quick, painless and without issue. My follow up appointment was about two weeks later. I was told how to treat the scar and I was given options for various creams to use. I wasn't pushed to buy the pricy products that they had available. Overall I had a great experience with this doctor.

    Harris, Dr. Stephen U.
**Please note that my experience is not typical. My own reconstruction has not been a straight path. When I did research prior to my surgery, I read the statistics, so while I knew that the situations I have encountered were possible, I didn't expect them to happen to me. Dr Harris worked in conjunction with my oncological surgeon to provide immediate breast reconstruction at the time of my bilateral mastectomy. As I am on the slim side, I chose to go direct to implants. The shapes of the reconstructed breasts were beautiful. Unfortunately, I ran into problems with healing and after two months one of the implant had to be removed. Four months later, Dr Harris inserted a tissue expander on that side. Again, I ran into problems, this time with an infection. The tissue expander was removed a month later. When we discussed what I might do next, Dr Harris explained to me that my options after these two experiences were now more limited. He believed that the best result could be achieved by doing a latissimus dorsi flap procedure, which would utilize skin and muscle from my back. I did not want to go this route, so I sought out a second opinion, going to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital. The plastic surgeon there was of the same opinion, and in what he called an effort and quot; to manage expectations, and quot; showed me before and after pictures of women who had undergone this same surgery. I was not happy with the pictures and not happy with my limited options, so I took a year off, using a prosthesis on the one side. I decided that since I was hot and uncomfortable with the prosthesis, I might as well go ahead with trying to have two reconstructed breasts instead of just one. So, a year and a half after the very first surgery, I had Dr Harris do the latissimus dorsi flap procedure with a tissue expander. (The psychological lift was immediate!) After five months, I had the tissue expander exchanged for an implant, and Dr Harris also replaced the other side to achieve the best symmetry. The results were very good, and far better than the pictures I saw at Memorial Sloan Kettering. However, within two months, I was experiencing a great degree of discomfort on this newly reconstructed side. I felt like I was chafing from the inside out, and in addition to that, my back muscle was clenching up in the front every time I coughed or sneezed. Again, I checked the internet. For many women, the nerves atrophy and this goes away, but that was not my experience. I underwent one last surgery to resupport and line the area where the new implant was, and Dr Harris severed the nerve that was responsible for the back muscle's continuing behaviour as a back muscle in the front. The results are really good!! My quality of life was immediately improved.I have learned from talking to other women, and family members that reconstruction is often not a one-step process, and results can be as varied as the individuals. I'm glad that I persisted in trying to get reconstructed breasts. I have found that I feel much more confident with having them, than not. I'm also glad that I stayed with Dr Harris. Throughout this whole long process, Dr Harris has been willing to address all my concerns and questions, patiently and thoroughly. He has always presented information on the possible outcomes. When I was very unhappy with my limited reconstruction options, he even suggested that I might want to get a second opinion. (I had already scheduled one, but was happy to hear that he was confident and generous enough to understand that this could be a real help.) I am very pleased with the shape and symmetry of my reconstucted breasts. I have looked at online pictures, and I think my results are much better than most of what I've seen, especially those that have had flap procedures. Dr Harris' office staff is courteous and professional, and appointments are scheduled so that there is rarely much of a wait.

    Jacono, Dr. Andrew
Dr. Jacono performed the surgery and I am completely satisfied. My immediate family, husband and children, know that I had surgery. Other family members who didn't know I had surgery say I look great and can't figure out why. I can't believe I waited so long to have it done. The important thing about Dr. Jacono is that you look like yourself only rested or youthful. He also took the fat deposits and placed them in areas that would have been hollow looking after the bag removal. Dr. Jacono is very personable as is his staff. He was featured on television in "Facing Trauma" where he repaired the faces of people who were victims of domestic violence.

    Kenneth Rothaus MD
Dr. Kenneth is phenomenal and I love this guy. I am extremely satisfied with the results. The level of his education and experience is excellent. He flies overseas like every other month to treat kings and queens. He is always working for new ideas and he is always ahead of the game when it comes to new equipment and new procedures. His physician's assistant is phenomenal too. They have beautiful environment and gentle care. They are professional, personable, and has excellent technique.

    Ashinoff, Dr. Russell
My husband nearly severed his left hand past his knuckles. Dr. Ashinoff has wonderful technical skills and did a great job on my husband's hand.  My husband has full function after the two surgeries the Dr. performed. His follow up was excellent. The office and billing department was also a pleasure to deal with and I never encountered an issue.

    East Coast Aesthetic Surgery
Overall, the visit went very well. Way better than what I'd been getting from my previous physician, who frankly had the bedside manner of cardboard. Dr. Morin took care of my shots, made sure I understood my post-treatment care and restrictions, and already started icing my face down in his office (something I hadn't gotten before either!). My only major complaint it that I was forced to wait almost 45 minutes past my appointment time. It's also a little weird that his billing system is really slow. It took forever to get a bill posted to the insurance company and for me to get an invoice (got one 2 months later). I am, also, disappointed because the doctor informed me that he couldn't deal with my insurance company's reimbursement rates and foot-dragging and would be dropping them. I totally understand that, but it again leaves me with out-of-pocket problems.

    Leinhardt, Dr. Richard
I first went for skin resurfacing and electric stimulation several months ago. I was thrilled with the results of the treatment, which is called Baby Face. It really did make my skin softer and smoother. These are treatments that are not a one-time procedure. Your skin looks better if you have several treatments, which I did - and will continue to have.
