    Crystal Run Healthcare - Goshen
I have a number of doctors at Crystal Run: dermatologist, internist (my primary physician), endocrinologist, cardiologist, two neurologists, three orthopedists, diabetic educator, a G-I doc, gynecologist, urologist, and an infectious disease specialist. I am a complicated case. One of the best things about this practice is that they cover everything, and that the individual's records are online and shared among all the doctors who work on you. I have gradually turned to them to cover all aspects of my health except for my pulmonologist (whom I've had for more than 15 years and deals with my allergic-related asthma and critical care, including sleep apnea) and my eye doctor down at the NY Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan. He cares for my diabetic retinopathy and narrow-angle glaucoma and has done a number of laser operations that have made living with narrow angle glaucoma not such a scary deal. It is good to have all the doctors on the same page so that they all know what else is going on. I have the two aforementioned docs send copies of my records to Crystal Run so everything is in the same place. Crystal Run Healthcare has expanded to an incredible facility. When I started going, in 2001, it was one medical building, then there were satellite branches throughout the county, now it covers all of two counties with immense new facilities and every specialty you can imagine. The employees are excellent, from their clean, efficient surgical suites, a complete rehab facility - including a massive salt-water pool - and sleep clinics, the care is the best. The facility is also very involved with the community, sponsoring many health issue educational programs, and healthy community events such as the Classic 10K run every June. You really couldn't ask for more in a medical practice. Crystal Run Healthcare is one of the main reasons I'm glad I live here, considering my existing health issues. My husband and I have always looked forward to retirement and moving out west again, but leaving my doctors is a little scary.

    Goldberg, Dr. David M
Dr. Goldberg is Chief of Pediatric Infectious Disease at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital and is extremely experienced in his field. He is kind and caring with children and attentive to details and has patience. He spends a lot of time getting to know the patient and assessing what the best treatment options are and takes whatever time is necessary answering questions and ensuring all the information is conveyed. He instills confidence.

    Douglas Zeiger MD
There is never anyone waiting when I arrive and I see the doctor immediately. His exam is quick and thorough, even performing an in-office EKG each time.

    Anthony De Luca MD
Dr DeLuca was a consult on my hospital stay when everyone else was having trouble diagnosing my condition. He was down to earth, pleasant and took his time to make sure I understood what was going on even though I was pretty incoherent for most of the first week I was in the hospital. He really got a handle on the infection with IV anti-biotics and in 10 days I was on my way home with another 20days worth of oral anti-biotics. He's My Dr. House without the bad attitude!

    Kathleen Casey MD
She has quite a few offices. I went to her because I did not know what was going on and she looks at everything. I only saw her twice, but she is an excellent doctor. She gave me a great referral and I really liked her. She is very difficult to get it and it takes at least a month, but if I make an appointment I get it.

He is one of the few lyme specialist in the Jersey area. He has a great working knowledge of lyme disease.

    Jeffrey Greene MD
After being referred to Dr. Greene, I had high expectations that my afflictions would be properly diagnosed and treated after a year of going from doctor to doctor. It was determined that I needed a procedure done that was for the most part only offered in a hospital facility. His staff made arrangements for my admission and stated that this was covered under my insurance plan. I even gave his administrator the phone number for the Utilization Dept to authorize the procedure 2 different times. I was admitted for an overnight stay at NYU Medical, which was an out of network hospital for my insurance company. Neither the procedures nor the hospital stay was covered by my insurance leaving. The additional treatment that was prescribed post-procedure was also not properly authorized via my medical plan. Although the doctor made a call on my behalf to the insurance company, his advice was just not to pay the hospital. I am now in collections and my credit damaged due to over $6000 worth of tests, procedures, treatment and other hospital bills. My bad for not contacting the insurance company myself and ensuring that everything would be covered and trusting Dr. Greene and his staff's word. My subsequent doctor also questioned his choice for antibiotics prescribed after diagnosis was confirmed.

    Goldberg, Dr. David M
I find him medically competant, but his bedside manner is not very good. He is very direct, short and quick. He does not have good eye contact. His office is very efficient.
