    Good Guy Rug Cleaning
    Just totally unreliable. He showed up over four hours late for our first appointment, including three hours after texting "be there in an hour". Because he was so late, he was in my house until 9:30 PM and wanted to stay later, before we said we'd have the finish another day. He then showed up three hours late for that second day. In cleaning the master bedroom, he broke a glass candle holder, which we cannot replace (to his credit, he offered to pay and we reduced the balance. As for the actual work, aside from the fact that it took an inordinate amount of time to complete, was average at best. Our couch had a urine smell (from the dog) which persisted after he "cleaned it". When we asked him to come back to address the urine smell, we arranged for a day, he cancelled day of and we picked a different day. Unfortunately, he didn't show up, call or text for that final appointment before I decided I had enough. We have two kids and a busy schedule, so to plan for someone only to have them come four hours late, or not at all, is unacceptable.

    Very well. The cleaning team is very detail oriented and my house looks great every time they are here. Also, Mike takes care of his employees well, so they are very loyal to him. Many of his employees have been working with him for many years, so they are trained well and do a great job. It is a win-win situation - they know my house well by now, and what I like special attention given to. Each time they come they have a driver asks if anything needs special attention, and he makes sure the cleaning team takes care of those items.

    We got 3 estimates and one person told us it was so bad that it could not be done effectively and we would need to re-tile the shower. John was reassuring and was priced very fairly so we took a chance. It took all day but the results were amazing-it looks like a new shower. The worker was very professional and left no mess behind.

    They did fine. They showed up early. They were professional. We asked them to do something else and they didn't charge us more for it. We added on something at the end and they threw it in. I have no complaints at all. The machine they have was not truck-mounted, it was portable. I think the truck-mounted machines have more power behind them and probably do a better job.

    DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.  I called on a Friday to request cleaning service on a Saturday for a vacant house that I was about to move into.  I explicitly advised that the house was vacant - no furniture, carpet,  picture frames, nothing - and that my priorities were to have the interior and exterior of the cabinets cleaned thoroughly, cobwebs cleared in the cellar (and obviously anywhere else), and the general cleaning that would be expected for all surfaces, floors, windows throughout the house and the few built in appliances in the kitchen.
    I was advised that the rate would be ~$89 per hour for two people and that it should take 2, possibly 3 hours.  I was not there to supervise because we were still packing up our apartment but my father-in-law stopped by to make sure that the staff received a tip and he even went out to buy them more cleaning fluid because he felt that the products they were using were not effective.
    The management claims that the cleaning staff arrived at 9:30 AM and stayed for 6 hours which is befuddling because these people DID NOT CLEAN THE HOUSE and THEY CHARGED ME $661.16.  At best, maybe they cleaned the wood floors, but
    everything else was left seemingly untouched and in some cases filthy.
    When I called to complain after seeing the charge, I explained that I NEVER would have agreed to hire them had I known that the price would be so astronomical (I expected to pay no more than $270 based on the quote I was given).  The only reason I hired cleaners at all is because I was 7 months pregnant and not supposed to be exposed to the chemicals or level of
    exertion necessary, otherwise I would have done a much better job myself.
    The management refused to reimburse me as it is against their policy, instead after a few emails and telephone calls (with
    Nicole and Melanie) they offered to send someone back to actually do the job right and a $50 refund.  I told them that I was not interested and instead had my credit card company reverse the outrageous charge and file a dispute since the service was not performed.  PLEASE do not waste your energy or money on these people.

    We Clean LI Inc
    One of the reasons we bought this was they said they would clean the ceiling fans, they didn't. They said it would be an extra $30.00 for their cleaning products and vacuums, tools, etc. We paid it. They were surprised with that and asked for our vacuum, paper towels, and still accepted the money. They did not vacuum the furniture or mats. When I said we wanted the beds made, but not to worry about changing the sheets this time since we just got in from vacation, she said that would be extra. I said it was listed as part of the package. When they left, the sink still had crumbs in it. The recycle pail was still full. The cabinets were not wiped down. The hand towels in the bathroom were not folded. Things were shoved around and not put back. At the 2.5 hour mark we were told they wouldn't have time to do a good job but if we paid more money they would stay. we turned that down and told them to just finish the day. They didn't have to touch two of the kids' bedrooms at all. We were VERY surprised since this company got such wonderful reviews and A ratings. We were hoping they were going to live up to their reputation. We would definitely not use this company again.
