Not well! I like to support local small businesses in my neighborhood and these guys are right around the corner. So I've gone in a fair number of times and spent at least $300-500 there. Always some snobby attitude but whatever. Anyway, this month (June 2020) I reluctantly paid a $35 online booking fee for a repair consultation at the shop, by appointment. I showed up on time (two minutes early) and kindly greeted the mechanic who was posted out front. I stood six feet away with my mask on and started to ask questions. He was rude, disrespectful, and quickly slammed the door in my face telling me to "read the sign" and "call ahead to check in for your appointment - if you have one." So I did as he instructed. It took another five minutes of calling and waiting on hold with an obnoxious message on repeat before I could speak to someone. The woman who answered was curt and dismissive on the phone. Once transferred back to the shop, I explained that I would rather take my business elsewhere, and I politely asked if they might consider refunding the $35 fee. Of course the answer was "NO" served up with another snide comment. So keep the cash bike jerks, and you'll never have to see me or my wallet again. I'll be using one of the friendlier Black-owned alternatives right here in Crown Heights.

I sold our two 40 year old Raleigh Grand Prix bicycles to Erienne and Joe, the co-owners of the business. They completely restored both bicycles and they look beautiful. They also tuned up my son's Bianchi bicycle. Erienne took the time to explain to me how they were going to restore the Raleigh s and then explained to me how they would tune up the Bianchi bicycle. They did a really nice job on the restorations and they completely tuned up and waxed my son's Bianchi bicycle. They are honest, professional and very knowledgeable about restoring and repairing bicycles. It was a great experience from start to finish.

I probably paid less for a high-quality bicycle, then what I would have paid for a piece of junk, at a big box store. John, the owner, is a great guy. The staff is top notch. I would recommend this place to a beginner, or a professional. They have it all.

So i found these guys shortly after opening. I already had a bike and a bike shop i used. But they were local. So i brought our bikes in for a tune up. They we very quick , the price was right and they really friendly. After talking with them they said the repair and sell snow blowers. Again i had a guy for that but he usually got busy and it would take forever. So i tried them out. I plow snow so i needed someone who was quick and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I have 8 snow blowers. I brought a couple in for new paddles and they had it done the next day. Something broke on another one and they had to order the part. That one was done the following week. They have done an amazing job on everything i brought them. I have now bought 2 additional snow blowers and use them for everything. Thank you mike and your amazing team.

I had been looking at their offerings of bikes off-and-on for about 3 years until I was here in NM long enough to buy a bike and use it. I ride a lot back East, but road conditions are very different here, and they call for different kinds of bikes. Kirk, Chandler, Martand iacute;n and Colin each at one point or another showed me the various options and gave good advice about local riding conditions. They carry a variety of bikes, but one of their specialities are Redline bikes (a solidly-built American-made brand). Once I made my selection, a 2012 Redline Metro Sport, they took detailed measurements of my arms, legs, etc. so that they could get the right frame size and handlebars. They had me test-ride it around for a bit and reminded to come back after the and quot;breaking-inand quot; period to adjust cables. They also sent me a follow-up letter with tips on maintenance. The staff are skilled and professional. IMPORTANT: Spin Doc is no longer at 7 Caliente (Eldorado shopping center), they relocated about a half-mile north to 628 Old Las Vegas Highway at the intersection with Rt. 285. It is a lot easier to find and to get in and out of their parking at the new location. Do note, though that they are closed Mondays. Spin Doc is out in the countryside, not in downtown Santa Fe, but it is worth the relatively short trip out here. They also offer spinning classes, but I have not used this service.

I went there to go buy a bike not really sure what I was looking for. They took care of me from start to finish, showing me my options and took the time to get the right bike for me. When I got there to pick it up they took the time to install all the accessories for free and then custom fit the bike to my body. A great experience on a great bike. Plus they told me to come back soon for a free tune up. They really wanted to make sure I was satisfied.

    R G BICYCLE SHOP
THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL IN TRYING TO DETERMINE EXACTLY WHAT WAS REQUIRED FOR EACH BICYCLE. AT NO TIME DID ANYONE TRY TO SELL ME ANY UNNECESSARY REPAIRS OR ITEMS THAT I DID NOT NEED. PRICES FOR SERVICES WERE VERY FAIR.
