ADave Wagner RoofingRoof was due to replaced as it was 22 years old. Dave Wagner roofing also replaced our 2 skylights, all the gutters and downspouts and the vinyl siding on the front of the house. Much of our neighborhood had been impacted by a hail storm so there were many, many contractors doing work in the area. A number of our neighbors had referred me to Dave and I was very glad they did. We watched throughout the summer and fall as many of the contractors doing work in our area, many from out of state, were doing sub par work and taking a long time to do it. Our experience was much different. Dave showed up to provide an estimate as scheduled and spent a fair amount of time on the roof looking things over. Dave is very personable and professional and I felt very confident going with him to do the work. Dave has just one crew and they have been with him for a number of years, something hard to find. The work was performed fast and professionally. It only took 1 day to removed the old roofing materials and and another to put on the new one. When I would come home at night there was almost no indication that they were even there as they would clean up after each day. Everything, the roof, skylights, gutters, downspouts and siding was done really well. I recommended Dave Wagner roofing to a number of my neighbors without hesitation.- John Z.

ADave Wagner RoofingHe came when he was supposed to and did what he was supposed to and left. His price was good compared to other roofers and this was the reason I chose him. AJimmy DiFulvio Constructionmr. diFulvio and his crew were always on time, courteous and friendly. He explained everything from start to finish and did everything he said we would do. The roof looks beautiful and the leak we had has stopped. the gutters give the house a finished look. The downspouts were placed in more inconspicious areas that give it a tidier look. The color of the shingles are very complimentary to our house. Clean up by the crew was fastidious. Not one shred or scrap left behind, NO NAILS either!! ADave Wagner RoofingOverall very pleased. The quality of the roofing work was excellent. They utilize the highest quality techniques and materials to their work, taking the extra time to do the job like they would on their own home. They did a good job fixing some warpage spots on my roof as well. I also had them replace my skylights and they did a great job. If you have extensive landscaping near the house like we have, then you need to make sure they take a little extra time protecting it. We had some minor damage from the work. In all fairness they had a challenge with our property layout and roof pitch. I would recommend them to anybody!- Brad V.

AEverything went very well from the first call to completion. Estimator was very responsive, professional and helpful. Project manager and foreman were very good also. The men who did the work were professional, considerate of our home, polite and did a great job and great cleanup. We have an estimate for vinyl fencing installation and will use United Construction again for that, in the spring.

Have worked for a large company and covered 23 states since 1996. Missed being home, tired of over pricing people. No job is TOO big or TOO small. Distance isn't an issue for me. Quality work, reasonable prices, insured, with warranty and most jobs. I work alone for most of the jobs and will pull together a trusted crew when needed for larger jobs. I WILL NOT BREAK YOUR WALLET!! That is my motto, I stand by it.

BMy experience was okay. He was a little slow, but he was okay. I would probably call him again. I did not have a big job. If I had a big job come up, I am going to call him. I am looking for a roof to be put on, and he said does that kind of stuff. So, I am going to see if he is able to do that. I would recommend him. His price was fairly reasonable. He did not get here when he was supposed to, but his work was fine. I am going to call him. I want him to do a roof for me in the next month or so.

AStan and his crew went the extra mile and replaced rotted out boards that weren't apparent when they priced the job - at no extra cost. The workers were polite and considerate of my home. Stan was prompt in scheduling and completing the job. I am in the process of retaining Howard's for a second job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
