    As usual, Moore's went above and beyond to take care of my needs and they once again did it without charge.  They can always be counted on to get me in and out in a timely manner and when they actually charge me, the prices are usually lower than other places.  I have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience.  I highly recommend that you give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

    We brought our 4Runner in for an alignment, shocks, and an exhaust leak.
    They did the alignment.
    He said "the shocks are soft"
    He said "the muffler is ok"
    So we still need the shocks and the exhaust is still leaking (even if the muffler is fine, its leaking from somewhere).
    It seems that they don't want to do the work. We were prepared to be charged about $1,000, for all of the work but they weren't interested.

    The front tires were badly worn and cupped. All shocks and struts were obviously leaking

    I took my car for the second year in a row to Scoville-Meno in Owego to have my car washed, waxed, and vacuumed. Plus I had the NYS inspection done. Last year I was able to get my car back in two (2) hours. I was told, this year, that it would be two (2) or no more than
    three (3) hours, but it was five and half (5.5) hours before I was able to pick it up. When I asked why it took so long I was told that they had two other cars to take care of. I stated that I made an appointment and was told how long it would take. If Scoville-Meno couldn���t handle my car in the amount of time I was quoted then someone should have told me and I would have went elsewhere. Needless to say I will not be going back to Scoville-Meno again. It���s very sad because they do good work.

    As usual, I was able to do a walk-in but they also take appointments. They always provided me with a ride to work and a pick up after work to return to the shop. When I went on my day off there were always refreshments, free wifi and plenty of places to sit. I bought my car from Jack Sherman and have had all of my service done there. I couldn't be more satisfied!

    Before I had the service work done, I stopped by and asked for an estimate for the labor to install parts that I would be purchasing. When I made the appointment later, Rand C quoted the same effort. I had a good surprise when Rand C called to tell me there was a service bulletin for replacing the part with something different. They got the correct part and installed it for the same labor cost. i returned the incorrect part to the parts store for a refund.

    They said that I needed a completely new transmission when I just needed a new transmission control module. I went back to them in person after I had gone to another place (they told me I definitely did not need a new transmission) and told them i wanted my money back for a wrong diagnosis and they wouldn't give me it back to me. I told them I would see them in small claims court. It was a matter of principle for them to understand that they had no reason to try and charge me $2000, or that I should have had to pay $42 for the wrong diagnosis.
