    The paint on our vehicle was damaged after the owner (Rick) assured us he could easily remove some ornate pin-striping that the prior owners had put on. Instead of coming clean, Rick concocted an absolutely RIDICULOUS tale about how the striping appeared to have been applied to cover up a botched paint job from "when our vehicle was hit". When I explained that our vehicle was never in an accident, he told me they pulled a Carfax and it showed the truck was hit by a deer. Since I was in possession of the original Carfax provided by the dealership when we purchased the vehicle, I asked if he could share with me his special, secret "3rd party" Carfax version and he agreed. Of course, he told me that "his friend" who pulled this "bootleg" copy showing the accident worked at a dealership and wanted to remain anonymous as dealerships do this all the time to hide repairs from insurance companies. So the guy didn't want his name brought into the mix. The story just kept getting better and better ... My husband and I made MULTIPLE trips to California Detailing to pick up this mysterious Carfax and each time, Rick had already left because he had somewhere to be. He would tell us to come but strangely, he was never there. Moreover, he would conveniently forget to leave the copy at his shop. When he finally remembered to leave it for us (our 5th trip), it ended up being the non-bootleg version that we already had showing that there NEVER was an accident. He claimed he asked his buddy to pull another one for us when he was at the dealership that day but never looked at it. (?) Next, he insisted that the special, secret 3rd party Carfax was at his house. He had asked his wife to email it to me but she was dealing with some personal stuff and hadn't been home for days. He claimed she had to be the one to e-mail it because he didn't know how to use computers. (?) This went on-and-on-and-on for 2 weeks. Calls, texts .... my husband and I making trips to his shop. Excuses. Tales of personal problems. This came up. That came up. The dog ate your Carfax. The guy just kept jerking us around - wasting everyone's time in the process. Finally, I asked him if he could just simply take a cell phone picture and text it to me (since for some odd reason he as able to pull a new dealership copy yet kept forgetting the "3rd party" version at his house). That, or text me the name of the guy at the dealership (with the special, secret "3rd party Carfax access") so I could speak to him myself. Here was his opportunity to come clean. Instead, he texted me the name of a sales manager at a reputable dealership and told me he'd get me the guy's number shortly (which he never did, I suspect out of fear that I would actually call him). Regardless, I was able to connect with this sales manger simply by calling the dealership and asking to speak with him. When I inquired about the special, secret 3rd party Carfax, the phone went silent. I believe his initial response was along the lines of, "Huh?" He told me he knew Rick and that he pulled a Carfax for him, but he knew nothing about a 3rd party document or a deer hit. Basically, he printed it and they parted ways. The guy knew nothing. Period. He basically wondered why his name was even in this conversation. So not only did I waste the guy's time but I'm sure he thought I was a total idiot. The owner of this business is dishonest and has no integrity. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

    They do good work. If you take Toyota to any other place but a Toyota place they don���t do good work. I think the intricacies you need go back to the dealer. They���re always a little more expensive, but they know what they���re doing and they stand by their work.

    When you go in there, they have a chef who���ll make you an omelet if you���re there in time for breakfast. He���ll put anything you want in it. They have bagels, yogurt, etc Really good communication with them. They���re always calling you. This visit took about an hour and a half. Waiting area is nice, really nice. Lounge chairs, and big color tv, and soft music, and whatever you want. Bring a good book.

    Everything is included in my payments because they own the vehicle, so naturally they want things taken care of.��My husband took the car. My husband said that when he goes in they are very friendly, very prompt and pretty quick service.

    We dropped our car off the evening prior to the appointment so that they would have it all day to work on (we had made an appointment a week in advance).  After trying to call them all day with no answer we finally stopped by to see if/when the car would be done.  After talking to the person working, we were told that we could continue to leave the car, but they had no idea if/when they would get to it, or we could try to make an appointment for another day, but again wouldn't commit that the work would actually be done on the day of the appointment or not.
    Extremely unorganized and unprofessional shop.  Will never use again and HIGHLY recommend that you stay away.

    Outstanding customer service and sales process. Had issue with one vehicle within a few days of delivery and the dealership staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Awesome experience overall. Sales person was Dennis Merrick - highly recommend.

    Had some problems with an oil line, needed some repair work done in that area. They then went over the car and made sure everything was in good shape for our summer trip. Overall our price reflects our foreign car parts. The service is good just make sure you make an appointment as they are always busy.

    Kevin is great. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. He is honest. He tells you what is wrong with your vehicle, how long you can put it off or if you should't put it off. As a women, I am comfortable doing business with Kevin. I never feel degrated or like I'm being taken advantage of. I can usually get an appointment within 7 days of calling.

    I have used Jerry Biles Service for many years. He is not only an expert mechanic, he is very professional and honest. My 1998 vehicle is still going strong due to the expert work from Jerry and crew. I know that if the car does not need work it will not be done - no unnecessary repairs! I could not recommend Jerry and crew and more highly!
