    I had a coupon for the oil change. They 1st quoted me how much it would cost without the warranty then they checked into it and they were able to cover it under the warranty. I asked them to provide me quotes for other repair items such as my 2007 Honda Odyssey automatic doors not always working correctly. They stated they would have to charge at least $300 to even look at the door problem. I told them to forget it. I took it to a local auto repair shop and they provide me an accurate estimate without charging the $300 to even look at it.

    The owner is great, he is very helpful. You feel like he is being honest, and not selling you things that you don't need, and he is the one who checked my transmission fluid and noticed it needed changing. I wouldn't have even known.

    It has been a very good experience. The owner is friendly and he seems to have your best interest in mind. The people working there are fine but I did not really talk to the mechanics. It is just a small place and their pricing is competitive.

    We have dealt with this retailer for years. Harris is an honest man who makes sure when you leave his place your car is in the best possible shape it can be. Many times when my girls were younger they would go to him and he would make sure their cars were safe and my husband or I would stop in to pay the bill. I know that if Harris says something needs to be done then it needs to be done. He treats women with respect and is a great person to work with. I would recommend Harris, or his son to anyone who is looking for an honest, professional auto service location.

    FACTORY DIRECT TRAILERS
    Bought a trailer, within a year the ramps were bending and breaking away and the welds were coming apart. The battery had to be replaced three times. The breakaway switch had to be replace twice. Also the breaks are not working properly.  When I  asked the salesperson/owner what he could do to compensate for the excessive repairs that this trailer needed after only owning it a year, he would not warranty anything and said it was because I "used it to much" he was incredibly rude suggesting that I somehow misused the trailer causing these problems. I've owned several trailers and have never had one with so many problems.

    They are very professional. They do, what they say they're going to do. They don't just change the parts actually find the problem and fix it. He is a local guy and I know him, and I have no fear that there is any stealing from my car and something else is put in place of it. Whatever it is, it is and that is the way I like to deal with people. I would continue to use them in the future.

    They have outstanding service there. They bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. There are two service advisers, Tim and Paul, who make sure you are happy with the job. I purchased a car from Bruce at this dealership previously who also goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the deal.

    I called Curly's that morning and he told me to bring it down in  an hour. I informed him that I was on a budget so I couldn't spend too much. He gave me an estimate on the cost of  the front brakes and rotor that was bad. After about two hours the shop had it looked into the problem and fixed it. The best part was that the estimate was spot on. Just an overall great experience I would highly recommend anyone to go to him.

    I realized I had a power steering problem one evening on the way home. I called Phil's first thing the next morning, a Friday, and was amazed when they said they would be able to look at my car that day. They called me within 2 hours of my dropping off the vehicle with a report on what they had found (broken power steering return line), that the part was available and that they could have the work done that day! They quoted me the price which was around $200 and I asked if they could perform an oil change while the car was there. They said no problem, I could still get the car that afternoon. When my busy workday was going to keep me from getting to the shop before they closed, they took my payment over the phone, and we made arrangements for me to get my car at my convenience that evening. I am new to the area and found this shop had positive reports so I took a chance. Phil's fixed what I thought was going to be a huge problem efficiently and at a good price. I will definitely be taking my cars back to them in the future. They really salvaged my weekend!

    Overall experience was good. My car was running rough. I had never been there before, I called on a early Monday afternoon. They were able to get my car in first thing Tuesday morning while I waited, even though it was a very busy week for them. (At that point they were book appointments for the following week already.) They were able to get the car in right when I got there. Diagnostics did not take long, there were 3 codes, they were able to narrow problem down to spark plug wires and a broke bolt on the distributor cap. They were also able to do an oil change as a last minute request. They were very professional and explained EVERYTHING to me. The cost was comparable to other garages.
