Owner stated it was a strut mount before even looking at the car and said it was on the drivers side. he had stated that he knew it was bad back when he changed the springs on all four struts-$520. but wanted to save my family money so he didnt mention it to him. (first off if there is something wrong on the car that is so bad that you knew it needed to be replace then tell him and let him decide to have it fixed or not.) After the repair he drove off and almost got into a wreak at the first turn. the problem had not been fixed. he managed to get home and have Me come look at it. I was able to find the problem in less then 5 minutes by looking at the engine compartment while he turned the wheels with the car running. It was a power steering pulley that had broke off from the shaft. In 30 minutes the we fixed the obvious problem and for a 20 dollar part. I looked at the part that Quality had changed out and the only thing wrong with it was that it looks like someone miss-aliened the strut to the strut mount during a recent repair and it was rubbing and grinding into the mount. (quality auto just changed the springs about a month prior to this, a repair that required the strut to be disassembled and reassembled) When his girlfriend contacted the owner about the issue and the repaired part and trying to get our money back for the labor he got very loud and rude. He told her that it does not matter that the problem was not fixed, he still did work on something that needed replaced so he did not owe them any money. Please I urge you to not go to this establishment for the safety of your self and your family.

Purchased a vehicle there and immediately told them there was something wrong with the front doors but I did not know what.  Advised them on at least 3-4 separate occasions that there was something wrong with the doors.  Told them what was happening with them and the sound they were making.  They never took care of the problem - kept saying nothing was wrong.  Also, told them that the muffler was loud and making a tinging sound.  They sent me to Monroe Muffler to have them "look at it".  Monroe said the muffler was "rigged" and not put on correctly and the parts they used to connect were "all rusted out".  United Auto did nothing to rectify or fix this problem.  Eventually, the muffler fell off altogether and you can hear me coming from a mile away - but of course they claim I've had the vehicle too long for it to be their problem.
The doors no longer close and the passenger door has even flown open while driving * WITH MY CHILDREN IN THE VEHICLE.  I was basically told to pound salt because the vehicle was a year old.  I even told them I would buy the parts to fix the doors if they just had their flunkies put the parts in - they would not accommodate.
But the worst offense - When I got my vehicle inspected after the first year of ownership, I was told that the emergency brakes had been removed from the vehicle.  When I contacted United Auto, they tried saying the car was a year old and it was not their responsibility ...... even though they had clearly put an illegal inspection sticker on the window a year before.  They even tried to infer that I took the emergency brakes out of the car.  His only concern was wanting to know why I took the car to my mechanic for inspection, rather than him - obviously they planned on putting another illegal sticker on it the following year.  They finally did pay for the parts for the emergency brakes but I had to split the cost of the labor - FOR THEIR THIEVERY.

They delivered the car back to my home after inspection. They were very professional and on-time. They were busy but they were able to get me in quickly. I was a new customer there but they treated me like I've been coming there for years.

The facility is very close to my home but I will never use them again!
They ran up a bill of over $1000 of required items claimed to pass NYS inspection. They talked to my wife (who knows nothing about cars) rather than to me even though I requested they contact me. Added items that were not relevant to NYS inspection and in the end did not need to be performed; including
4 wheel alignment, Which after my direction it not be performed they called my wife scared her into authorizing it. Then when I requested the alignment print out data, I found that it was within manufacturers tolerance before they did the work.
Charge me for replacing a fog light assembly they claimed that was defective (not a NYS inspeciton item) Which I found was actually never replaced.

Horrible, he kept claiming it would be ready on a certain day and then we could not get a hold of him for weeks. This went on for a few months. When we finally got the car the price was a thousand more than he said it would be. He refused to give us a bill just an estimate. On top of all of this bolts were missing, the paint is already chipping and a lot of the things he said he fixed were not or fixed incorrectly. We had to pay someone else a few hundred more just so the car could pass inspection. I urge anyone who reads this not to bring their car to Jesse Bradley. He is very deceptive and not a good mechanic.

    Shults Express Lube & Tire
Discovered a problem that required service by a Toyota dealer.  Was unable to complete the inspection until the service was done about 2 weeks later.  Provided a temporary inspection document.  Charged additional fee for second inspection.

Very well. He told me gas cap was not replaced tightly after last gas fill up & that it would go out within the next 100 miles of driving.
This put my mind at ease & he was absolutely correct.
Even though I was not a paying customer, I was treated respectfully & without waiting.

I had collision work done per the recommendation of my insurance carrier. The collission work was late and they had the vehical through the NYS inspect expiration period. So I asked them to do the inspection.
After spending $3000 for deer strike repair I thought they wouldnt try to use me during the inspection. I was wrong.
4 days after they were supposed to have the car inspected they called my wife (I specifically told them to call me not my wife as she knos nothing about cars) They gave her a laundry list ($1,000) of items that they said were required to pass. I called them back and told them to only perform what was need for the inpection. They tried to snow me by saying they were all required.
Front brakes - rotors and pads (20K on the rotors) would show me the old discs after the work was done
rear springs broken - not broken when I dropped off the car and they couldn't show me the broken spring after the repair even though I requested it before
Parking Brake worn - it worked but they said it was worn which is not an inspection item
fog light out - not an inspection item
4 wheel alignment -not and inspection item and the print out of before was in spec..
Even though I told them the parking brake, fog light, alignment, and rotors were not to be repaired as they were not required, they called my wife and scared her into agreeing to do them, even though I explicidly told them I was the one to talk to.
After I returned with the bill they removed $300 because several items weren't done or needed Alighment, discs and fog light (still didn't work)
I will never go there again nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.

I usually get my vehicle serviced at a local repair shop (not Team Chevrolet). That shop told me the transmission was leaking, and showed me the area. Since it was still under warranty, I took it to Team Chevrolet after calling and being told by Stephanie to come in. There was an area to pull the vehicle in for service consult. I was immediately approached by Stephanie, who looked the vehicle over while she was filling out a work order. The vehicle was taken into the shop within minutes. I was subsequently taken to the vehicle for the mechanic to show that the leak was not transmission fluid, but oil, naturally occurring whenever the canister-type filter was replaced.
I did get to the customer lounge during this visit and noted a coffee maker, a large flat screen TV, table, and spacious room with comfortable seating. Everything appeared to be in top shape and clean.
Stephanie and others I spoke to were all pleasant, caring and efficient.
A couple weeks later the vehicle's trunk lid began to occasionally open by itself. I returned to Team Chevrolet without a phone call or appointment. Stephanie once again greeted me with a smile. As the paperwork was being done, the service manager happened to walk through and Stephanie mentioned the issue to him. He immediately stated what the problem was since two other of the same vehicle had been in the shop in the past for the same problem.
The vehicle again was in the shop quickly. It was repaired and back out in no time. I have been much impressed with this facility, its cleanliness, orderliness, responsiveness and staff. I actually had a good time communicating with Stephanie, who also possesses a good sense of humor. Check 'em out!

T/W is quick to diagnose what is needed when you are having a problem and very thorough when doing regular service.  Also, they let you know exactly what they are doing and how much it will cost.  There are no surprises.
