    Owner stated it was a strut mount before even looking at the car and said it was on the drivers side. he had stated that he knew it was bad back when he changed the springs on all four struts-$520. but wanted to save my family money so he didnt mention it to him. (first off if there is something wrong on the car that is so bad that you knew it needed to be replace then tell him and let him decide to have it fixed or not.) After the repair he drove off and almost got into a wreak at the first turn. the problem had not been fixed. he managed to get home and have Me come look at it. I was able to find the problem in less then 5 minutes by looking at the engine compartment while he turned the wheels with the car running. It was a power steering pulley that had broke off from the shaft. In 30 minutes the we fixed the obvious problem and for a 20 dollar part. I looked at the part that Quality had changed out and the only thing wrong with it was that it looks like someone miss-aliened the strut to the strut mount during a recent repair and it was rubbing and grinding into the mount. (quality auto just changed the springs about a month prior to this, a repair that required the strut to be disassembled and reassembled) When his girlfriend contacted the owner about the issue and the repaired part and trying to get our money back for the labor he got very loud and rude. He told her that it does not matter that the problem was not fixed, he still did work on something that needed replaced so he did not owe them any money. Please I urge you to not go to this establishment for the safety of your self and your family.

    They delivered the car back to my home after inspection. They were very professional and on-time. They were busy but they were able to get me in quickly. I was a new customer there but they treated me like I've been coming there for years.

    Discovered a problem that required service by a Toyota dealer.  Was unable to complete the inspection until the service was done about 2 weeks later.  Provided a temporary inspection document.  Charged additional fee for second inspection.

    I usually get my vehicle serviced at a local repair shop (not Team Chevrolet). That shop told me the transmission was leaking, and showed me the area. Since it was still under warranty, I took it to Team Chevrolet after calling and being told by Stephanie to come in. There was an area to pull the vehicle in for service consult. I was immediately approached by Stephanie, who looked the vehicle over while she was filling out a work order. The vehicle was taken into the shop within minutes. I was subsequently taken to the vehicle for the mechanic to show that the leak was not transmission fluid, but oil, naturally occurring whenever the canister-type filter was replaced.
    I did get to the customer lounge during this visit and noted a coffee maker, a large flat screen TV, table, and spacious room with comfortable seating. Everything appeared to be in top shape and clean.
    Stephanie and others I spoke to were all pleasant, caring and efficient.
    A couple weeks later the vehicle's trunk lid began to occasionally open by itself. I returned to Team Chevrolet without a phone call or appointment. Stephanie once again greeted me with a smile. As the paperwork was being done, the service manager happened to walk through and Stephanie mentioned the issue to him. He immediately stated what the problem was since two other of the same vehicle had been in the shop in the past for the same problem.
    The vehicle again was in the shop quickly. It was repaired and back out in no time. I have been much impressed with this facility, its cleanliness, orderliness, responsiveness and staff. I actually had a good time communicating with Stephanie, who also possesses a good sense of humor. Check 'em out!
