DPumpkin Hill Farm Lawn CareHired Pumpkin Hill to hydro seed my lawn......I expected to have nice green grass after but, instead I have a bunch of bare spots & Jason, the guy from Pumpkin Hill, just made it seem like I was being a nuisance every time I tried to address this with him! As it was, I called him & left him a voicemail....I never heard back from him & after a week & a half I called him back & left ANOTHER voicemail & when he finally got back to me, he acted like I was a huge bother to him!! He was extremely rude on the phone, so I ended up telling him not to come back & that I would have to hire someone else to fix what he did!! VERY rude & VERY unprofessional!! I only called him twice & he made me feel like I was a total bother to him.....as a customer, that’s not a good feeling!! Would NOT recommend!!- Shayla W.

Actions, as they say, speak louder than words, and that we have placed total trust and confidence in Bob King better attests to our view of his competence, professionalism, and attitude than any praise that I could voice. We recently bought a house in Stephentown, and it came fully filled for the summer with renters. We are not in the area, and the person who watched the house and dealt with issues on it for the prior owner had no desire to continue. Based on favorable reviews on Angie's List, we found Bob, and after meeting him and talking to him, we decided he was the guy for us. In addition to being our primary resource in the area, we used him for numerous projects on the house, and we will continue to do so. He gets the job done, on time, in budget, with follow up, and going the extra inch or mile -- whatever he needs to do. He's a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend that you do.- Eugene L.

AThe Lawn Care Co.Dave Whitbeck showed up on time for the initial consultation in May. I selected him out of three very similarly priced quotes. He appeared very honest and easy to work with. We put everything in writing in a contract including a one year guarantee on all trees. He gave me a 3-4 week lead time for scheduling. He showed up the week in June he had promised and completed all work to my satisfaction. All costs were as agreed with no over charges. I have since hired him again for some additional work. AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

ABryan was so easy to work with, friendly and conscientious. He's done a great job cleaning out the basement, which would have taken me so much longer on my own. DWe had them come for a free estimate there and when they came to look at a job we want done they said 1,725.00 that's to high price for what we were looking for another guy came aid only 800 but does not have a lift fasso tree service reached out to us on Facebook said contact them they want the business but poorly gave us a high price there one worker told me to contact them and then that's when we found out it was sky rocket they wanted

AEvan came to give us an estimate and we asked for an item by item estimate in case we had to eliminate something due to budgetary concerns. His emailed estimate was detailed and very reasonable and we gave him the go-ahead.
Evan and his assistant performed an excellent job. There were multiple trees and multiple bushes to remove and/or trim. Everything we had asked of him he performed in an efficient and organized manner.
The wood we requested to be cut up was done so to our specifications and all extraneous debris was removed and cleaned up.
We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone who needed a tree specialist.
