  • Although the demo window seems like good quality, the price is insane. Demo/marketing sales pitch is ridiculously and unnecessarily long to (3+ hours). Good salesman, friendly, professional and well-spoken. Almost had me until I heard the price. Sold me, for sure, but then at the end says the price and I still almost wanted to. Then reality...the price...I became angry about how much time I just wasted. I could even feel the disappointment from him. He thought I was sold as much as I did. To me, having worked in sales and marketing, it's not this guys fault. He's good, product seems good. Company's business model/sales process is a joke...one that isn't funny.

  • We could not have been happier with the service and results. We had left our dog at another boarding kennel 2 years ago, and it took 3-4 weeks for him to get back to normal. This time, it was like he had never been away from us. He was just as good as if we had not been away.The owner of Epic Blue Acres is an angel. My wife and I would highly recommend Epic Blue Acres to anyone! This opens up lots of possibilities for us including overnight or weekend getaways. We know our pet will be in trustworthy hands.

  • Killewald is great. Our family has gone there for over 15 years. When you see all the free and reduced cost vaccination clinics at pet stores and the SPCA, I always feel like I'm overpaying, but I'd rather have a vet who gives my dog a thorough going over and knows her "baseline" for when she's not feeling well, which Killewald does. They have gotten us in for an emergency visit when the dog ate chocolate, too and took great care of her. Recommend!

  • They are friendly and helpful. They offer call backs and follow up the animal. They also refer anything they are not able to handle. Overall, they have an A. I am also going to use them in the future.

  • They are absolutely fantastic. They are so nice. They don't overcharge. They are available on Saturdays. They have consultation hours everyday 1-2p just to call. They don't charge if you just come in and need medicine or nails trimmed they the waive office visit charge.

  • This was for my new kitten's first (free-certificate from SPCA) vet visit. I have been using McBride for years and they are absolutely wonderful. They have the best prices in town and they care about your pets as much as you do. I have had to put a couple of my pets down and they are amazing during that sad time, too. I couldn't ask for a better vet.

  • Dr. Jim was very gentle and kind in how he evaluated our 1yr dogs hurt hind leg. He was also very good at fully explaining what he thought was wrong after they took xrays. We will be going back for surgery that will probably cost around $2000. At this point I wish I had pet insurance for this accident.

  • I brought my 160 pound Great Dane in very sick. After getting into some rotting grass, he developed bloody diarrhea and diarrhea. I dropped him off on a Saturday morning and picked him up the following Tuesday at noon. Everything went well. I was extremely upset but always felt better after Dr. Budik gave me an update. Dr. Budik never sugar-coated any of the updates and did express that he was a very sick dog. However, when the news was that he was and quot;stableand quot; then I knew he was on the mend. When I picked him up on Tuesday, Dr. Budik went over my dog's stay including lab work, medications. He then went over all the medication I would have to give him at home. He told me what each medication was and it's purpose, the dose, and length of time to give it to him. He also told me what to expect and assured me to call anytime with questions.

  • I have been going to Sheridan Animal Hospital for 14 years and have spent well over $10,000 during that time. I have considered switching many times as I feel they are more concerned about money than the health of our pets. But I continued going there because they had my pets records, etc, etc. Well, this week my feelings were proven true. I took both my dogs in for the services listed above. Just before I left, I asked the vet if she could just look at in my one dog's ears because they seemed red to me. She told me she would have to charge me an additional $49 to do so. I told her not to bother. The next day I called just to let them know I was upset. I felt that it wouldn't have hurt her to look at my dog as part of the exam. I have been a loyal customer and have spent so much money there. I spoke to the receptionist who said she would relay my concern to Dr. Geisling - the owner and have him call me back. He had her call me back later saying that he agreed with the vet and would not change his decision. That was it! After 14 years he couldn't even call me and be polite about it. What terrible customer service!!!

  • She does a really good job good with the animals. Everything is done in a short amount of time and my dog looks amazing when she is through. My dog is very calm when we go there, which makes me feel good. I would recommend her to everyone because she provides great service.
