From start to finish, everyone we dealt with (Dominic, Dillon, Ryan, and Rebecca) were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Ryan (our foreman) was punctual, thorough, and a very hard worker. He was very organized and always left our bathroom clean. He worked extremely hard to assure we were not without the use of the shower for an extended period of time. ADon's Handyman LLCI used Don at my previous home so when I moved and needed some repairs and renovations done, I knew he was the right person to call. He has done numerous jobs for me in my new home including gutting my kitchen and installing brand new cabinets with crown molding, replacing old ceiling fans, repairing a leaking tub, repairing and finishing vinyl plank flooring that was poorly done by another contractor and replacing faucets and toilets. Don is punctual and professional but above all else the work that he does is top notch.- Phil F.

AStately BuildersThe first word that comes to mind when we think of Stately Builders is Professional. And then there’s Knowledgeable, Friendly, Honest, Punctual, Mindful of Masks and Distancing while dealing with Covid requirements and always Patient. We were lucky enough to have Steve (foreman), and Andy (right-hand man) rehabbed three full baths, a family room fireplace, and custom kitchen cabinets with a window seat bench. Steve and Andy were always personable and had a smile on their face each morning. When problems did arise they were calm and came back with ideas to make the final product one we love. Brian also worked with Steve and Andy on occasion and his skills were a welcome addition. We would be neglectful if we didn’t mention the design/craftsmanship of Scott. The cabinets, window bench with storage, fireplace shelving, vanity tower are all stunning. As you may have guessed, we give Stately Builders 5 stars! Not only for their level of workmanship but for the people they’ve hired to represent them. They truly inspire confidence in the outcome. Thank you, gentlemen.- Gary C.

ACOLLINGWOOD CONSTRUCTIONIt went very well and the worker bees were very polite and accommodating. They ripped it all out in a day and cleaned up all the mess every day they were here. I have new floors, walls, ceiling and beautiful red oak cupboards. Larry had good ideas for new lighting and adding decorative oak to complete the picture.. ARUSSELL RENOVATIONS WNY INC.Your Renovation is worth the wait!! My wife and I wanted to renovate our Ryan Homes builders grade bathroom so it was more than just a shower, soaking tub, and toilet. Tim had previously completed a kitchen renovation for my mother and father in law so we immediately knew we wanted him to work on our next project. Due to his high demand and COVID Tim was booking out for months, but we found if you want quality work and attention to detail you have to have a little patience. Once the work began Tim and his team were meticulous about the work area, putting up multiple layers of plastic to contain the dust and debris and then ensuring everything was vacuumed and wiped down at the end of the day. Communication was very open with him and he would discuss the day prior what his team would be working on, this included what time they would be onsite and what they may need for us to have prepared (material and color choices, etc.). Their typical day started at 8am and they worked consistently throughout the day, not ending until everything they had anticipated completing was done. This may mean 5:30pm or 7pm ensuring they stayed on the timeline they provided us, he was even opened to working on random Saturdays (within our schedule of course) to ensure there were no delays to our overall schedule. Every other day or so my wife and I would have a question about material finishing color selection etc. Tim would always listen and discuss collaboratively with us, without making us feel like we had no clue what we were talking about. Warping up the work Tim has always picked up the phone to answer any questions or address any concerns with vendors. The best example our vanity was ordered on Wayfair and came in damaged. Even after the job was done Tim came back to change out the door. It wasn't a huge job by any means but he wanted to make sure that it was done perfect. The amount of passion Tim has for his work is unmatched by any other contractor. Every inch of our renovation alludes a perfection that you will not find anywhere else and we look forward to using him and his team for future projects.- Brian F.

ABuds Ceramic Tile & RemodelingWe had a stand up shower in our basement completely gutted and tiled. It came out beautiful! Gerald is a perfectionist and we get many compliments on his behalf. Gerald was also on time, and very thorough with any questions we had along the way seeing that this was our first project in our new house. He took his time explaining all options for us. Grout color, tile setting, tile size, and layout are all important in planning which Gerald helped us with. Pricing was honest and the quality was top notch. Our house will have amazing re-sale value because of that bathroom. Thank you! Looking forward to re-hiring on the next bathroom remodel upstairs =)- Nicole S.

AJD Construction was great for my bathroom and kitchen update. They did extensive work including replacing the subfloor and rotted joists in the bathroom. They did the floor installation in bathroom and large kitchen, put up new drywall, stained and installed cabinets, and installed water fixtures. Jeff and Derek are responsive, easy to get in touch with, very professional and polite, they are a great, fast-working team that I would hire again for future projects.

DWhen the young man was working on the shower handle, he told me he was unable to remove it. I suggested that if I get a saw, would that help. He said yes but then I told him to leave it. He never informed me he had damaged. He then Proceeded to tape over the handle and plate behind it. He did explain he was unable to get it off because he tried. By him trying to remove it, it caused the damage. I come back that night and two things were not correct. One is the handle is not correct along with it damaged, and i was never informed. Two, I had to install the shower head. If he would of not touched the handle and just tapped over it originally, we would not be talking about this. I am upset about this because my shower was working properly PRIOR to this. I am not satisfied and am very unhappy that I was left with a broken handle and plumbing. I hired a plumber. I attempted to get the company to pay for the costs of repairing it but the said IT WAS OLD and they refused to take responsibility for the damage.

FDO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! You will be sorry. Mike was the worst person I could have hired to do my GC for my new build. In the beginning he was great. Really enjoyed meeting with him and talking about my project. He was your typical sales man, all talk and very lil if any actions. I would catch him multiple times lying to me and making up reasons why things were not getting done. He will over charge you way more than actual costs. He know the business and even better knows how to manipulate people into thinking he will over see the project. I hired him because I was assured he would be there everyday and make sure everything was done correctly. He never showed up and would never get back to you when there was a problem . Worst mistake I ever made contacting him. I would never recommend him to anyone. Your local paper boy would do a better job being your GC. I could write a book on the amount of problems I had with him.

FHe gave me the price for the insta on the floor in the dining room $ 600. he was supposed to email me or text me the cost for the bathroom and the drywall in the kitchen and never heard back from him. I hired a contractor back in August I gave him money for the materials and a quarter of the money down every day he promised me he was coming he ripped my bathroom out I have all the materials kept promising me promising me my house was supposed to be sold in December I'm disabled which makes it even worse it's just been a nightmare for me he was supposed to repair some shingles on my roof I lost my homeowners insurance so I have to find someone within the next 10 days for them to reinstate it. if the guy didn't want the job he should have just told me when he was here I wanted two separate prices one for the bathroom tough complete it which I already had materials and then the dining room floor because I wanted to make sure that I had enough money put away to pay him for the labor now I don't even know what to do
