    Dunn Ryte Payntin & Services
frankly i was stunned at how Dan quoted, priced and dated the job. with and older all-electric kitchen, I needed true natural gas commercial ovens and cooktops. He appeared early, with all equipment and tools, every item needed, and was completed in one day, cleaned up and left. have had other painting jobs done by them previously with excellent results as well. definetely a first choice for any job for us.

    CHI Contractors
As far as I am concerned they did an excellent job on both matters. Being a handyman service, I was not sure what kind of job I would get, but I was happy with the work which was done in a punctual matter by two different specialists. They were the only estimate I obtained so I don't know how their price matches up with others.

    PK's Painting
Once again PK's Painting truly delivered. THe excellence of their work keeps me a repeat and satisfied customer. Not only is the work done superbly but when I get back home from work my house is in complete order, clean and everything put back . Not only is Peter a true professional with his work but also he and TJ go above and beyond to satisfy my time and issue. IF there is a scheduling issue he is honest and quick to give me his next available day .

    Handy Randy
We had Randy add an automatic timer to the sign on our building. He was very neat with his work and did a great job. We are now having him replace our toilet and faucet. I highly recommend Handy Randy.

I was impressed by the work that was done. I had created a laundry list I expected to get mostly done in the time allotted - the contractors completed my list and I had to create another one for the next day. Jeremy in particular is experienced, detail-oriented and efficient, and went beyond my expectations.
Jeremy took on the task of removing extraneous wiring in the basement, bringing obvious safety issues up to code and securing loose wiring. This was not a simple task and took a long time (which we expected). He did a great job - since we would have easily hired an electrician to do this work, it saved us money to use someone who could do cleanup work within his scope of practice. Jeremy was experienced enough to recognize at least one serious electrical issue that was beyond his scope and needed to be addressed by an electrician. He was patient in explaining the issue and offered to document it or even accompany an electrician to point out the issues he found. The hallmark of a good contractor is that they listen to your goals and not just your requests. Our goal was to improve the safety within our house, and he noticed & suggested small easy fixes that would make a big difference in safety, like securing our porch stair treads or the cornices above our windows. He also noted places where mice or insects could enter the house, and while he was working, uncovered and closed a gap in our back entry that has caused a very frustrating insect problem for years. I did take issue with a small wobble in one of the installed ceiling fans, but it was fixed immediately. The contractors did a fine job just by completing the laundry list we gave them, but using their judgment to help us achieve our home improvement goals and identifying (and, where they could, fixing) issues along the way made them exceptional.
Although the contractors did not complete major projects for us during our 40-hour deal, their good work on the laundry list made the house much more comfortable and we received more value than we expected to. Both contractors were respectful and professional, left zero mess and worked hard through the duration of the projects. We have already contacted New Buffalo Remodeling to complete a larger project for us.

Provider efficiently provided 2 men for 4 hours.  I needed joists put in a horse barn in order to have a load bearing ceiling over the staff.  I provided the material.   These men (Jeremy and Ryan) were prompt, friendly, and efficient time wise.  There was even left over time for them to fix a light fixture in the bathroom.  I fully intend to use then again in the future.   It may be "fit in between" other major projects they are on, but quite frankly, my smaller projects are never on a strict timeline.

    A+ Contractors of WNY LLC
First of all, Toly is a great guy! He has great listening skills and he knows construction. I also know construction as it is what I do every day, and I acted as the General Contractor on this renovation because I simply did not have the time and resources needed to complete this project in a timely fashion. I was completely comfortable with Toly and his company because they knew what they were doing and performed with great consistency and quality. Everyone on the construction crew were very respectful and very considerate of us as homeowners.
Nick (the primary framer and Jack of All Trades) is very quiet and doesn't like to boast about his skills and his high standards, so I guess we need to speak up and let people know that he is absolutely outstanding! He improved on the architect's design and his input on our dream kitchen renovation was huge. This renovation included installing a 22 foot long steel beam 10 feet above the floor that had another 12 inch LVL beam hanging from the steel beam. I was amazed at how these guys solved the logistics of getting these beams in place!
As with any renovation, you inevitably run into field conditions that would never be anticipated by the architect. A+ Contractors of WNY dealt with these issues as opportunities for solutions to improve on the final product. They are very resourceful and reasonable in pricing the extra work required.
We are hoping to use them in the next phase of this renovation as we proceed to the finishing stages. We know that the quality will be there along with the true value of top notch construction.

    Wing Painting & Wallpapering Inc
They were very careful, clean, showed up right on time, and finished the wall ready for paint.  Not plaster walls, so getting paper off without ruining wallboard was difficult.  They moved furniture and vacuumed and replaced all when job was done.  Very professional and hard working.  Would recommend again

    Handyman Extraordinaire
Once we agreed on the terms, Mike was a real pro. He accommodated our schedule, showed up on time everyday and did a great job. We are very pleased and will use his service again.
He has a pleasant demeanor and is honest. The only difficulty we had was communicating exactly what we wanted and understanding what was included in the quote. Part of that was due to the fact that he was dealing with me and my fiancee so, there were some mis-communications  between us. Once we were on the same page Mike delivered what we expected, did a great job and there were no surprises. His pricing was very reasonable and we are very satisfied with the work.
    We highly recommend his services.

Jim Andrews (Please contact me by E-mail only)
We've hired Jim before to build built-in shelves in our home and attach our fireplace mantel. He always does a great job. I watched him build the stairs, and he put more than adequate support underneath. Our home is older, and he takes that into account - a perfectly straight-on porch stair would look "off" when the 130-year-old-house is a bit crooked, so he custom-cut everything so it would sit well with the house.
Jim is always professional, friendly, hard-working, and does quality work at a reasonable price. He listens to what you want, but also pulls in his expertise to make great suggestions. He suggested using composite decking material for the stairs so it would be no-maintenance. He also suggested using white boards for the risers and cedar on the treads - something I hadn't considered, but it looks fantastic. We're totally happy with the stairs and will definitely use Jim for our home projects in the future.
