    Real Help Decorative Concrete
Josh and John are simply the best to deal with in WNY! I have worked with many contractors as we have built 3 houses and they are awesome to work with! Their price is fair and workmanship is outstanding. Their follow up and communication is also excellent. I was always well informed of start dates, times of arrival and completion of my project. It is without hesitation that I recommend Real Help Concrete Inc.

    Real Help Decorative Concrete

Josh and his team of workers are excellent to work with. From the start of the estimate to the finish day Josh answered every call and text or email within a very quick time frame at most times within a few minutes. He always kept me updated with dates and times they would be completing work.

Our property is a tight area with the pool and fencing and they completed the job with the specifications we had asked for. the pattern and color we chose turned out great!

We love our pool but the decking area makes the outdoor living space. Friends and neighbors have compared it to a hotel resort!

I would recommend Real Help Concrete to everyone!

Thank you Josh and your team!

    BLOUNT CONSTRUCTION
Actually they did part of it and they had to come out to do the rest of it. They never did finish it the way I wanted it done. They were supposed to have redone the front basement which is part of the front porch. They replaced some of it but they should have gone all the way down. The sidewalk part they did looks good but the part which was more important, fixing the walls of the yard and re-doing all the concrete around that area, redoing the walls and making it neat, it wasn't done right. It was really sloppy work. They were supposed to come back and take stuff out but I had to call them to get the stuff out of there. I had to bring the owner out and he was like they would fix it but I ended up finishing it myself with the help of other people's suggestions. I mixed my own concrete and things look way better than they were. Then I ended up repainting it and doing what I needed to do to make it look decent. This cost me 12,000 dollars. They came back a year ago and did some more work and they took all the junk that they had left behind out but they never cleaned the mess they made out. They were not responsible for tearing up the grass. They were supposed to redo the sides of the porch but they never did, I ended up doing it myself because it looked terrible. From what I understand, they've already gotten themselves in trouble, no from me but from other customers. I don't recommend them to anybody. Personally I think companies like these should already be out of business but no one seems to do much about them.

    Romeo's Superior Home Improvements
The service was terrific. Romeo was on site every day. He checked in at the beginning , during, and at the end of each day. His crew of Charles, Jersey, and Andy were outstanding . The were timely and diligently worked a full day. The project took 6 working days. The men were friendly and polite and a joy to have on my property. If there was any questions, they asked our opinions. I would whole heartedly recommend Romeo and his crew to any homeowner who is looking for excellent workmanship and fair pricing. We did do research about the contractors and we have friends who had similar work done and we can say that Romeo outperformed them all. I look forward to using him again.

    Romeo's Superior Home Improvements
conscientiousMr. Troncone, Romeo answered my call and with in a few days came over to see what needed to be done.  My home was built in the 1950s and the majority of homes on my street have the front cement steps as a capstone on a small room in the basement.  It needed to be repaired and refinished to make sure that water does not enter the basement.     My sun room roof was originally installed badly and that was leaking water.  Romeo inspected all and e-mailed me an estimate.  Upon my agreeing to the estimate he came over with a contract that gave all the specifics of what materials he would use and the cost for each project.
His crew started with the stairs and completed that in one day.  The stairs look like new.  And no water in the basement.
He then proceeded to have his crew work on the roof as soon as the weather cooperated.  He had all the materials delivered the day before and then the next day work was started on the roof.  Romeo had been interactive in all aspects of the work done and made sure that it was done to my satisfaction.    After both projects, his crew cleaned up any materials that were left.   I am very happy with the work that was done and would call Romeo if I ever needed other projects done.   Romeo and his crew are very  conscientious in the work that they do.

    TULUMELLO CONCRETE CONSTR LLC
They were slightly more expensive than the other quote that I got, but their availability was much better. I had them come out in I think it was June to give me a quote which is i'm sure at the height of their yearly demand. They were out about 4 weeks and when i gave them the go ahead he gave us the week he thought he would be there. I got a call about two weeks before telling me the day they would do the work (which was right in line with his estamate). They must have showed up around 7:00 AM right as they said they would and went to work. By the time I noticed them by about quarter after they already had everything marked out and were starting to dig. They were very professional and we went through everything before i left for work i showed them the low spot in the back where i wanted to have them pile the sod/dirt. They called me at around 1:00 to say everything was done. When i got home it was better than expected. The concrete looked good and there was surprisingly minimal damage to the yard for having to pour the shed pad in the back of the lot and me asking them to pile the dirt behind it. There was no spilled concrete anywhere and very minimal debris/garbage. They left the outter strip of sod off to the side for me to put back around the new concrete after it cured a bit. Additionally the spread the dirt throughout the low spot across the back of the lot, which was excellent and beyond what they needed to do. its a rough grade and needs a little shovel work yet, but that saved me a ton of work. Anyway so far everything is great and i'm very happy with the work. Hopefully it will hold up against the test of time, i don't see why it wouldn't.

    Romeo's Superior Home Improvements
The work went well and we are completely satisfied with the results.  There was an issue with the original installation of the bow window, Romeo had the manufacturer's rep come out, give advice on how to fix it and he followed thru with the fix.  End result was inspected by manufacturing rep and given their approval.  Romeo stood behind his contract and promises and we would recommend him highly.

    BLOUNT CONSTRUCTION
I was the last driveway poured - they finished around 9 pm.  A strong rain storm came through and ruined over 1/2 the driveway. When I came home the next day I noticed the angle of the cut to the stairway was different - I later found out that Blount came back - ripped up the rain ruined part of the driveway and replaced part of it.  THEY DID NOT REPLACE ALL THE RUINED CONCRETE - On the weekend they sent out someone to seal the still damaged center section.  All that did was accentuate the rough finish and it pealed right off.  After many phone calls they promised to come back and replace the now crumbling section - I have yet to see anyone.........I would never recommend them and will always tell my story whenever anyone is looking for concrete work.  I invite them to my house to see the finished product.

    BLOUNT CONSTRUCTION
At the time of service, I had to have the men re-do the framing for the sidewalk as it was not straight.  I was told later, when I was unhappy with the height issue, that I should have stopped them.  How was I to know how high the concrete would be?  Why weren't they just following the orders?  They had no right to change anything without my authorization.
The attitude of caring or having responsibility was non-existent.  The owner was aloof, mostly non-responsive, and arrogant, behaving like a bully toward me. I feel sure he enjoyed intimidating me.
He will never get a word of approval or recommendation from me.

    BLOUNT CONSTRUCTION
They came in and ripped out our black top driveway, and poured a concrete drive.  The very next year, it started cracking and not just in the expansion joints.  I have 4 blocks that are complete cracked and chipping apart.  3 other neighbors in the area also had work done at the same time, and of the 4 total jobs, one came our right.  A better business report was filed, and all his remarks were "if it heaves an inch, we'll replace it".  This company is quantity, not quality, and I would NEVER hire them again.
