    Fish Window Cleaning
    Fish Window Cleaning I just wanted to write about our bad experience with Fish Window Cleaning. When Fish came out their job was to clean all of our outside windows and just the large living room windows inside our house. The next day, with the morning sunlight coming in, we found that several windows were not cleaned on the outside. In addition, we found one of our expensive garden statues had been broken (in the same spot where Fish had their ladders to reach our second floor). Not only weren���t we told by the cleaners that they had broken the statue, but they had carefully placed the broken pieces back together in an effort to conceal the damage! We called Fish Window Cleaning and informed them about the broken statue and the dirty windows. They sent out the same crew to re-clean the dirty windows. It was then that Fish Window Cleaning told us that there was something on the windows that their cleaner would not remove. They told us that we would have to call them back and they would need to bring out a special solution to remove the streaking. This would be an additional charge. This leaves us with several questions: (1) Why didn���t Fish Window Cleaning tell us the day they came out that they could not clean several windows? (2) Why did they come out a second time without appropriate cleaning solution? (3) When my wife spoke with the woman on the phone to have them come out the second time, the woman indicated that she had spoken to the crew. So why didn���t the workers tell her that they did not get the windows cleaned the first time? Why bring them out a second time without the proper cleaner? Why didn���t the workers tell us that they couldn���t get several of the windows clean? Why didn���t the workers tell us that they had broken a garden statue? The must have known they had broken it since the statue was placed back together in the spots where it was completely cracked-off. Why didn���t Fish Window Cleaning offer to reimburse us for the statue? The bottom line is that Fish Window Cleaning came out twice, failed to clean windows we had paid to have cleaned and broke our garden statue. We left 3 messages with them about these issues, but they never returned our call. One of the windows that they couldn���t clean is a large window above my front door. I am constantly reminded every time I look at that window, what a terrible job Fish Window cleaning did. Avoid them! They say they care about customer satisfaction, but their actions speak louder than words. Grade = F.

    I used this company last year (2017) and was delighted with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. So this year I had no hesitation in calling them again. However, it was a different story right from the beginning. I could never get hold of anyone by phone. Always got only voice mail and no one returned my call. Then I finally sent them an email and did get a response and was able to schedule the cleaning. I asked a couple of times if the price would be the same as the previous year, but Danyelle never gave me clear price commitment, so I assumed then that would be the case. The evening before my scheduled service, I sent her an email confirming that they were coming and received a confirmation that morning that they would definitely be there. When the time came, however, they did not show up. I waited an hour and had delayed other plans so I could have this work done, but they never called or showed up. I tried to call them, but once again got only voice mail with no return call! The next day (after contacting them by email) I received an apology email from Danyelle saying the crew got delayed on an earlier job and she was out doing estimates and didn't know about the delay. However, that is not an acceptable explanation as far as I am concerned. I do not understand the reason for the awful communication practices within this company. Don't they all have cell phones?! Why don't they respond to voice mail messages? Why don't they communicate with each other and with their customers when there is an unexpected problem. Just awful. I would not recommend this company unless you are willing to deal with frustration and wasting your time!

    We have used them for 30 years. They are very good, and other people I know have used them feel the same way. We have no problem with any of the service. We moved from Florida up to here, and it's the first time they have been cleaned in awhile. I looked at the bill and noticed they hadn't been cleaned in 7 years. The price was lower back then, and over time the prices had gone up. They are always here when they say they are going to be here. They always bring them back with no problem. The guy that picks them up and takes them out is an older gentleman, and I don't know how he lifts the big ones, they are very heavy. He's always very cordial and we have no problem with him at all.

    Brad and his employee did a great job! Worked hard to get my carpet out a few stains and did not try to sell me extra services. It was amazing how much better my carpet looked when they were done. They had a little problem that day and were running late, but called and kept me informed when they would arrive. Very courteous and hard workers. I would hire again.

    I thought Mike canceled again but he claimed a "crew member" "did" baseboards, windows and floors contrary to my instructions and the cabinets and vanity were untouched. I couldn't tell anyone had been there. Neither could the people helping me move. Mike was a $145 waste of time.

    It turned out fine. There were no issues. There were no additional issues. There was nothing special. They did a good job. I don't know if they were as thorough as I would have liked. For the price, they did a good job.

    Sandy showed up ontime and did what I asked her to do in the proper order. My only complaint is that I don't think the bathroom downstairs was cleaned as completely as I would have wanted the bathtub rim was not cleaned...the part outside the sliding glass shower doors.  But I will use the service again if I need it.

    When they did not show up at the time of my appointment at 2 p.m. I gave them 30 minutes before I called to see where they were. I was told that they were running behind and would not be there for another hour. I explained that I had plans so the owner was able to contact another pair of workers and they came within 15 minutes. It took 15 minutes to clean my gutters. They left a big bag of stuff from my gutters sitting next to my garage for me to haul out to the street. Someone was also supposed to give me an estimate to have my windows washed when they finished the gutters and they never did. I didn't even know they had finished and left, they did a good job with cleaning the gutters but I was not happy with the fact that they did not bother to call and let me know that they were going to be that late and they apparently do not want my business since they did not leave an estimate for window cleaning.

    Kwiklean Carpet & Airduct Clrs
    I called to schedule an inspection and possible service of our duct work for our newly built home. Two techs arrived, Dave and another guy (sorry forgot his name) and went to our basement to check everything out. Within less than 5 minutes, they said that there wasn't anything in there and that the builder did a great job sealing the units. I am thrilled that they were so honest and that I didn't have to pay for something that wasn't needed. Thank you Kwik Klean! I will be calling you in the future for service on the duct system and for carpet/upholstery cleaning!
