DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We had the beginnings of a mold in the basement. They scraped, cleaned, and patched (where necessary) the basement walls. Next, they cleaned and prepared the basement foundation walls with anti-mold solution. The next day applied 2 coats of acrylic paint. Recommended types of dehumidifiers to keep the basement dry and mold free.

Mike was onsite within hours, performed inspection services, completed a detailed write up, and faxed to me, all within hours. He also said to feel free to call him back should I need anything further (in services or write up). The weather (rain) has been horific in the area with a deluge of people needing basement water services. I called 8 people and was told the soonest apointment was 7days out...
