    Amazing, Christy was one of the best customer service people ever. From the first meeting, to her finding the right person to install my alarm. She was friendly, prompt and courteous. 

    I had the alarm installed when I was not home, however when I got home everything was as neat as I left it.

    Christy sent a thank you card, with a present to appreciate me as a customer. She recently called me just to follow up. Truly she rocks, and knocked everything out of the park. Their company gives out a lot of bonuses if you refer them and is always keeping their customers satisfied. I really can't thank her enough. I will continue to utilize this company. I am extremely satisfied and this company truly gives me a huge piece of mind every time I leave the house.

    The Frontpoint rep was clearly reading from a script when I talked to him. Nevertheless, during the conversation I expressed the need for video surveillance because my home was previously burglarized.  There was a lot of fast talk about different systems and I was quoted a price of $99 for the system and $44.99/mo for service.  I was told that the system would not be shipped and my card wouldn't be charged until after the 3-day cancellation period was up.  So, I gave my bank info and was put on hold.  The rep then came back and said I didn't qualify for the $99 price; the new price for the system was $349.99.  I was really hesitant to pay that kind of money but was assured that I had 3 days to cancel.
    After the call with Frontpoint, I called my brother to get his input on the system and he told me to verify that video surveillance was included because that price seemed too cheap. Sure enough, there was no video included.  I had been uneasy about the entire transaction because I felt pressured, but once I realized that video wasn't included, I decided to cancel.  I filled out the cancellation form and tried to fax it but the number on the cancellation form wasn't working.  I had to pay an additional $23 to send the cancellation via USPS Express Mail -- and then I discovered that Frontpoint had deducted the $350 from my bank the very same day as the phone call!!  I tried to get the charges reversed, but have had no luck.
    On the 15th of April I received an email from a manager at Frontpoint who informed me that they received the cancellation and would refund the money back to my bank account within "1 to 2 business days".  It's now been FOUR business days and they still haven't refunded my money.  This company is shady and I urge everyone to beware!  The money they took from me put a huge crimp in my household budget for this month, and I'm sure they're not the ones eating hot dogs every day because there's no grocery money.
    If I don't get the money back into my bank account by tomorrow (April 22nd), I'm going to file a fraud charge.  They misrepresented the system, the cost, and I believe they purposely sabotaged the cancellation process in the hope that I wouldn't be resourceful enough to figure a way around the fax number debacle.
