APV Painting & Decorating IncI am blown away by the beautiful job Petar did - he and his assistant Bill removed a large area of plaster from the ceiling and replaced it with drywall, plastered all the multiple cracks and broken plaster on the walls, and sanded everything on the first day. Although we had not arranged for it, Petar insisted on priming and then painting the whole stairwell on day 2; he insisted he would not take any extra money for the extra work he performed........... but I could not agree to that so I told him he could consider the extra payment a Christmas gift!- Sandra C.

My example today is that we woke up and my husband realized that our sump pump died. Just think, brand new basement fully finished to everything we ever desired and this could have all been ruined by flooding. Tim being so knowledgeable had righteously recommended and installed for us a back up sump pump that kicked in right away on this rainy day and saved us so much tears!!! AJesse is my go-to when I need something done that is beyond my mental or physical capacity. He has changed several ceiling fans and light fixtures in my 1906 home and has fixed multiple scary wiring situations within my walls. He has a flexible schedule and has come over to fix emergency plumbing issues too (taught me not to use those toilet cleaning tabs as they can clog your toilet in a pretty commical way). Jesse will tell you the issues and his recommendations with no games. He's also saved me a ton of money on a stove ignition issue, fixed my convection oven, and even wired all my basement lights to a single switch so I no longer have to go around pulling individual chains. I would recommend Check It Off to anyone and everyone, no matter the issue.

Awe had 10+ double hung windows, a new slider & a new door installed. we selected our Sunrise windows & immediately noticed the difference in our comfort level this past winter; even in the summer with no A/C, the house stays a lot cooler than before. I was a little nervous since this was going to cost a good amount, so I researched forever (it seemed), interviewed a few folks re: costs, & decided on Ivy Lea. I wanted peace of mind in case of any issues, now & down the line. I wanted quality windows & professional install. the entire process of working with Russ, choosing products & securing financing was easy. the installers were prompt, skilled & personable. we were so happy with the window process that we're back again this year working with Russ on a much bigger project!
