  • Update...!! I spoke with Ed about the issue with the CV Joint on my 07 S550 and how I felt about how it was handled. He assured me the whole thing was a misunderstanding and was willing to meet me half way on the repair and to make it more convenient for me I could use my mechanic to do the job. I want to thank Frank, Ed and Bianco Auto Sales for stepping up and paying half for the repair. Car is running beautiful ! Thanks Frank and Ed... Michael Borghese

  • The work took about an hour. The workers were very professional and friendly. There was no up-sale, the service agent is very accommodating and personal. He tries to get to know you and make the best possible deal.

  • I am very consistent. I don't go all over the place for my car. I know that I am ready for a new oil change. They charge me less than what the dealership would charge. I not sure because it is so infrequent. All down the line I would give them an A. I take my car back over and over. It takes 45 minutes to an hour. The workers are very professional.

  • I have two years of free service. It's all paid for already. I have to use them and I don't have a choice. They're fine. The service department has very, very accommodating hours. They have excellent hours for service. I can bring my car in in the morning, I can bring it in the afternoon and they do their best to accommodate me. They really go out of their way. They get me in and accommodate me. I like the service department.

  • I've had good luck with them but it's usually mixed with whoever is managing the place for the day. Some of their managers schedule business for themselves usually for an oil change and brakes and it's unfortunate. Their work is fine and I don't have a problem with their work, just keep an eye on what you think needs to be done.

  • They cancelled my appointment and wouldn't re-schedule me for two months... I had an appointment to have my window repaired. My fiancee and I re-arranged our schedules for the appointment. When we arrived, Tom told me he was "a man down," and wouldn't honor the appointment. He then sent us on a wild goose chase in the rain to another shop with whom they sometimes work, but that shop knew nothing about knew nothing about it, and couldn't accommodate me. When I arrived back at Tedesco, Tom told me he wouldn't schedule me for another 2 months. When I objected and pointed out that I should be "next in line" rather than last, he told me that my job was too small to interest him and that I should go find another shop. I emailed the owner and never heard back. Apparently, he also doesn't care about customer service.

  • I have been very pleased with their work.  The last time actually I just needed the brake light changed. I have been using them for about 10 years for tires or whatever needs to be done; general auto repair. I just drove in off of the street and left half an hour later. I liked that they took me on the spot and didn't gouge me.

  • Started having problems with our Hyundai Santa Fe, which we had first leased and then bought at the end of the lease (another nightmare, although this dealership had a different owner at the time).  After changing a battery on the car (at the dealer), we started to have intermittent problems with the car starting.  Sometimes all power would be lost while on the road.  A dangerous situation to say the least.  We brought it in to the shop several times, and I asked them to please check all the connections. They swore that they did, and then said that we needed a new alternator, because the current one was covered in oil.  Charged us over $500 for that, and it did not solve the problem.  They didn't tell us that Hyundai was recalling the vehicles for exactly this problem, but preferred to charge us for it instead (Hyundai - not the dealer - later refunded us the money).  I finally opened up the hood and tried to figure out what the problem was - I lifted up the cap on the battery, and lo and behold, they had installed a battery with terminals that were too small for the cable ends that connect to the terminal, so they STUCK A SCREW in between the terminal and the cable end.  When I brought it back to the shop the (new) manager was mortified and immediately replaced the clamp.  We like  Hyundai cars, but this particular dealer I would stay away from.

    The shop is professionally run and both the owner, Nick and his daughter Sarah are courteous and friendly. The prices are fair and much less than my old mechanic who never gave me a major repair bill under a grand. I recommend this shop for your car repairs.

  • Hours stated are 8am opening, but no one was available until after 9:30 am.  Owner Anthony was dismissive when I called... "it seems like the battery, just have someone give you a jump."  I let him know that the car did not sound the way a battery problem would sound & that it seemed to almost turn over each time.  He disregarded my comment & said they couldn't get me a tow for at least another 2 hours.  The tow came THREE AND A HALF hours later.  I got a call at 2 in the afternoon.  Anthony said it started right up off the tow truck and nothing was wrong.  I refused to take the car back until they figured out what the problem was... I have a 7-hour road trip coming up and need to feel safe.  He kept the car 2 days and insisted nothing was wrong.  I was charged $105 for the tow.  One week later (and another lost day of work) it happened again!  I walked to an auto parts store & replaced the battery - WHICH WAS LEAKING ACID!  Did Noto's even look at the battery before declaring "Nothing's wrong?!!!)  Unfortunately, it still won't start even with the new battery.  Anthony Noto is now telling me he's awfully busy and not sure if he has time.  Also, and it IS a direct quote: "If it was a Chevy I could tell you right away it's the gas pump, but a Honda is hard"  Funny he never mentioned before the $105 tow that he has no idea how Honda's work!!!!! I'm refusing to pay another $100 for a second tow for the same problem.  Offered to drive over and look at it.  That was an hour ago.  We'll see and I will update.  By the way...The second time it was a Saturday morning and the site says they're CLOSED Saturday & Sunday... How is it THAT convenient hours?!?!  No SATURDAYS?!?  I left a message which no one ever returned.  Anthony said "Oh, yeah I was there until 12 Saturday, but I didn?t check the messages."  This is Monday.  Like I said...we'll see.  So far, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

    UPDATE: 3 hours later no one from Noto's came and no one called me.  I told them to forget it & I had the car towed to a place that Angie's List rates as an A.
