    Orthopedic Associates
My last experience was good. The specific doctor I see is very up to date and very helpful. The staff is also helpful. Regarding the effectiveness of the surgery and treatment for my knees, I have about 85% capability which is about what I expected. They've been there when I needed them and they've helped me through it all.

    ST LUKE'S CORNWALL HOSPITAL
I had a good experience with this facility, if rehabbing from knee replacement can EVER be called a good experience. This was the second knee replacement but the first time here and I was very impressed with the overall facility. It was brightly lit with a full complement of machines, equipment and props to use. Most of all, the staff was attentive, dedicated and very helpful. Sue wins the award of all the p.t.'s there for her demeanor for her tough-loving and her cajoling-with-humor. If I must go through this again (and I sure hope I don't have to), I would not hesitate to use them.

    Bodack, Dr. Mark
It was difficult to get an app't with Dr. Bodack, but I found he was more helpful than any of the other doctors I had seen. He did a thorough exam and gave thorough feedback. He made appropriate referrals and gave applicable prescriptions. In the case that some of the prescriptions were not effective, he tried other prescriptions. He took into account my insurance and what medications would be covered under my plan. I have gone back to him for chronic issues.

    Nina Silverman Physical Therapy
Every time i saw Ms. Silverman, for whatever was bothering me, back, houlder, etc.- she was able to relieve my pain almost immediately. I also sent others to her that were in great pain and she was able to do the same for them.

    Orthopedic Associates Dutchess
After my MRI's, I went back to discuss results. I had seen the MRI reports myself earlier, but he just gave me a quick summary saying I had some arthritis in my back and neck (when in fact the MRI reports detailed where I had bulging and degenerating discs; I know this causes arthritis but the specifics would have been useful to me). He wanted to send me to the pain management program as well as physical therapy. I said I had a question about some chest pain I've been having, and began to give him the background. At which point, he interrupted me and said, and quot; You said you had a QUESTION?and quot; The whole experience felt like being in a factory and this is conveyor belt medicine; no time or interest for anything but the basics. Dr. Perkins' rudeness really made me angry and I will never go back, nor recommend this particular doctor. Other docs may be better.

    LITTLE EXPLORERS NURSERY
    It went horribly.
My son was sick every week for the first 8 months that we were there. I pulled him out for the Summer and he wasn't sick once. He reattended that fall, only to become ill again, every single week. Then his younger brother started the daycare, same thing, sick every week.
I found out from other staffers that when Jeana was understaffed she would condense classes (illegal) and run around checking temperatures to see whose parents she could call and send home sick because she was over her kid to teacher ratio.
That is of course, When Jeana was there. She wasn't there much. She was always running errands or in Lake George or in South Carolina. So she would leave her uneducated, unqualified sister Stephanie to manage the daycare. You should never trust a daycare where the first person at the front desk is missing her front teeth. RED FLAG. these people don't take care of themselves, do you think they really care about your child?
In July of 2010, my sons arm was dislocated by his teacher. Jeana failed to notify the state, failed to notify the authorities and failed to file an accident report. She assumed zero responsibility for her teachers negligence and aggression.
I also believe that there is a form of black mold growing in the downstairs basement, as most of the children in those rooms are the most sick the most often. She tries to hide the smell with a multitude of glade plug ins, but it just smells like molded flowers.

    Barry Goldman MD
Dr. Goldman invites my questions about my health and medicines. He responds well to my concerns and wishes, especially about lab tests and prescription medicines. He always has a referring specialist to connect me with should I need one. I have always been seen relatively on time for a Dr.'s appointment. I have no reason to switch to any other physician.

    Tri-State Care Alternatives
Dr. Kate runs Tri-State Care Alternatives. I don't go to doctors very often and we have had some problems with other home health care services in the past, but we had a very good experience with them and I would recommend them to anyone. It is a family run business and the woman they sent to us was amazing. She stayed with my mom until she passed. I only have great things to say about her. Dr. Kate is very accessible and if there is every anything you are uncomfortable with she addresses it immediately, which is great. They are a wonderful home health care agency. I love the whole way they work with you. They bring different people to interview with the patient and the family to make sure the fit is right and then you choose. This woman that we were looking enough to meet through them stayed with my mom for a long time. Just wonderful care that she gave her. She was fun too. She had a great sense of humor as well as being very committed. They are definitely an A+. They get back to you right away and the health care person never called in sick. Usually that is a big problem and it happened maybe once. It was just a positive experience all the way through. My mom loved her and felt very comfortable with her. They get all As.

    Bridge Street Family Medicine
It was difficult to get an appointment with the medical doctor. I had chosen Dr. Costley because of good reviews, even though her office was a significant distance from my home. I had to wait a long time before I got into my appointment each time I went there. I felt my interaction with her was positive, and she had good diagnostic skills. Also, her nurse was responsive and knowledeable. However, there was not a mechanism for follow up in place that was workable. I found myself calling the office repeatedly and leaving messages that were not conveyed correctly by staff. I received brief messages in the mail to give results of tests, but was unable to get a further explanation when I called. Finally I changed medical doctors because it was too difficult to deal with the whole system.

Somers Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group
I saw Dr. Chang because I fractured my left foot. Every visit from start to finish went smoothly.Dr Chang is very knowledgeable and I have confidence in him. He has since seen my husband and son. The office is clean. The staff are really nice. The wait was never long. I have no complaints.
