    I was very impressed with the and quot;classand quot; the patients had to attend in advance of the surgery, so that we would fully know what to expect. Also, the fact that we were well prepared hygienically for the surgery due to the hospital's thoroughness of instruction to us on how to prepare for the surgery for the two days immediately prior to the surgery date.
    What was most upsetting to me, however, is that we were under the assumption that we would have the passive contraction machine, right after surgery, as always done in the past. This is a machine that flexes your knee right after the surgery and for the immediate days following, which is used for a few hours per day, even while asleep. But it wasn't until the last minute, that I found out that my doctor has suddenly stopped using it, and I was among the first group of patients to fall in the cracks, as he stoppped as of September 1, 2013 and my surgery was on the 16th.
    To this day, I feel that my recovery was a LOT rockier than it would have been, had I had that advantage of that machine at the onset. However, this is not North Shore University Hospital's fault, as they were following my surgeon's orders at the time. Although it's after the fact, I wished I had questioned it right then and there as many other knee replacement patients fared far better with the passive contraction machine.
    Fortunately, about three months after my surgery, I was able to connect with a massage therapist who was able to very effectively break up the adhesions in my knee which were hampering me from effectively doing my physical therapy and recover in a timely manner.

    I have been going to this place for 4 years. The office environment is clean and functional. It is hard to get an appointment. The secretary was snippy with me. It took them a month and a half to get the report to me. I am looking for a different care provider.

    REALLY WELL - THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT - I HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH MY INSURANCE AND THE OFFICE MANAGER EXPLAINED EVERYTHING - EVEN SHOWED ME ON LINE HOW TO SELECT THEM AS A PRIMARY CARE DOCT - WHICH I COULD HAVE NEVER FIGURED OUT ON MY OWN. NOW WHO WOULD DO THAT DR ORSHAN AND JOAN KREMEN - THE NURSE PRACTIONER AND DR TRUST GO OUT OF THEIR WAY - VERY KIND AND EFFICIENT DOCTORS - I AM VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM AND THEY ALSO GAVE ME EXCELLENT REFERRALS TO OTHER SPECIALISTS (I NEEDED A COLONSCOPY)

    I like the way she cares about me.  If she cannot take care of something she will send me to a doctor who can, to make sure I am taken care of.  Her punctuality is not always good since she is very good.  She has a good staff working for her.  I would use her again in the future.

    Although I was satisfied with the treatment I received, the office wait time was unreasonable. I sat in the examination room for 20 minutes til the doctor saw me, and that was after sitting in the waiting room for 35 minutes. I may go back again but not sure.

    He gives me stress tests, and EKG. He's thorough, and he really watched your cholesterol. They test it every time. He asks about problems that you want to discuss with him, and he's just very thorough and compassionate. He doesn't rush you out of the office.

    Greeted in a timely fashion. Patient rotation seemed well coordinated. Dr. Lang was interested in my ailment, answered all my questions, was respectful, and sought out treatment which is different than what I have received in the past. Good overall experience.

    He has been my doctor since 1975. I have had a bypass and a stint done by him. He is a very good doctor. He is very qualified, thorough and really takes care of his patients. His staff is very nice.

    Overall, the experience has been excellent. He was referred to me by my primary care. He's very conscientious, competent, and very knowledgeable; he might've saved my life. I've been a patient of his since 2005. His staff is friendly, helpful, personable, and going to see him is a pleasurable experience. I know that I'm well taken care of.

    His whole staff is amazing. They always go above and beyond. The billing department is very good. The PAs are amazing. People are afraid of taking shots, but they have a way of making you comfortable so that you don't even feel it. They've done a great job with me over that past few years.
