Terrific experience. X-rays were taken immediately. The staff was curt IOUs and helpful. The doctor checked my hand thoroughly and explained my condition. I was given two cortisone shots, told what to expect. My thumb was better by the next day and my trigger finger feels fine now. It improved gradually over the course of one week. He was clear and reassuring. I would absolutely go back to him, it I were to have any further hand problemsdon

He knows treatment for children who have had head and neck problems or the shape of the head might be a little off. He'll make sure the child has the right helmet to shape the head better. They do something with children who have leg problems as well. He is funny. He's now a father and he has a baby practice. He puts the baby pictures up his boards. He's gentle and his bedside manner is so nice and sweet.

The night my son began screaming out in his sleep, "I don't want to be singled out!" was the night I began to panic. I knew my son wasn't the"ideal" four year old student but I also knew he was a "normal" active four year old boy. I was told by the director my son may have a turrets after mooing during story time. I was asked to have him tested. I was told he was a "problem" child and needed a see it or one on one attention. Unfortunately they have a closed door policy so parents don't know what goes on behind their doors.  I pulled my son from the school three weeks from the admission date. After researching other nursery schools in the area I found out my experience was not uncommon. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my son, that with loving, experienced, professional early educators my son thrived. As time went by my son told me what happened at Romper Room. He told me they would push him and pull him to get him in place.  Make him sit alone and work alone. As a five year old he called the assistants "nasty".  My experience with this school was nothing short of a nightmare and unfortunately it was my four years olds reality for three weeks.

I went to see Catherine Chin after a recommendation from a close friend. She spent most of the massage on my neck and shoulders. That was what I really needed. I go to her approximately monthly and it really helps my well-being.

The whole episode was a complete disaster.  I should have gone with my gut instinct and walked out of his office instead of going with my initial doctor's recommendation that he was "one of the best".  At the Day Op Center in Mineola, I showed up as requested at 1:00 pm in the afternoon in mid January 2011.  Dr. Facibene was already in surgery with another patient, and I had to wait over TWO hours sitting in a recovery chair  in a freezing cold room in full view of other patients coming out of sedation.  I let my displeasure be known to Day Op staff, and the staff told Dr. Facibene that I was agitated for being ignored, etc.  He then came out and CANCELED my surgery saying he didn't want to operate on me TODAY.  I was put through numerous tests, asked to come to his office because they screwed up, scheduled for a surgery he wasn't prepared to perform, charged additional monies for the tests, lost at least two days of leave from my sick bank running back and forth to this jerk, then he cancels the surgery and tells me to call the office to "reshcedule".  When I called the next day, his overworked nurse, I believe he had one for at least ten patients at one time told me as politely as she could that Dr. Facibene doesn't want to do surgery on you because of what happened at the Day Op Center ( speaking up for myself).  So I wasted countless time, money and sick leave on this idiot, but the really disgusting thing about this whole debacle is that I was told by my initial oprthopedic doctor that this type of surgery needs to be done immediately, and now I had wasted at least four weeks with an injury that should have been corrected in December 2010.  What Dr. Facibene should have done was said he was going out of town and therefore he could recommend another Dr. to perfrom the surgery.  But no, he apparently needed the money and put me through all sorts of shenanigans in order to obtain the insurance money.  I have an excellent plan that pays well.  Avoid this Doctor at all costs.

It was a very good experience and I am very happy with the results. I was always treated courteously and professionally and the office was always accommodating as far as scheduling an appointment for me. I am confident that if I should ever have any other pain related issues I can see Dr Koppel to correct them.

They were very good and the experience was excellent. They are very good with kids. It was about $4,500 for the school year because they are on the school's schedule.
