ANational Seal Techs LLCI was amazed how quickly they removed the roof and had the new roof in on the same day. Left the jobsite relatively clean, though I am still finding roofing nails here and there. They used a rolling magnet at cleanup, but it missed a few. He is a master craftsman and is very meticulous and I couldn’t be happier with the work he did for me. AUtica Roof Pros LLCGoing only on the basis of positive online reviews, I invited Utica Roof Pros to provide an estimate for replacement of my office roof. Their office responded promptly to my phone message, and their sales rep Andrei scheduled an appointment within a couple days after my call. Andrei presented as friendly and knowledgeable, with a professional presentation of the kind of roofing options I would have, paired with the quality of the shingles being proposed. I agreed to hire the company for my roof replacement, and they called within 3 weeks (sooner than promised) to schedule the job. The team arrived on time, working efficiently enough to complete the work in a single day. Apart from the apparent quality of the installation, I was impressed with how attentively and thoroughly the team cleaned up during and after the job. I was glad that the reviews I had read were valid; I was highly satisfied with Utica Roof Pros, and would recommend them to anyone needing quality roofing and prompt responsiveness.- Brad B.

AGreat workmanship in the retaining wall Mike and Steve built for me. Very professional and took extra care to not rip up the lawn nearby the work area. Also was proactive to spread the extra crushed stone material in the driveway which needed some attention. Will definitely hire again as my list of additional work for Mike and Steve is growing. CWorkers arrived late.Was told 8am, 1st worker showed 9:30, 2nd 11:00 left @ 5:00. 2nd worker showed 11:00 next morning, left 7:00 pm. Was also suppose to do a row of subway tile behind vanity as a back splash. Wasn't done, worker didn't have wet saw to cut tile. Installed piece of surround instead. Damaged wall next to shower. Patched it but didn't offer to repaint it even though I had paint available. A 3rd worker had to 3 days later to install correct shower current rod.

A2 parts to this review: Part 1 - As far as the actual work performed and the final product, I couldn't be happier. My chimney was eroding away due to snow/ice and the lack of a cricket causing quite a bit of water damage inside. Since the repair, we've seen no signs of water, the roof looks great, as well as the chimney (stripped and re-parged). The job took 2 days and they did a good job cleaning up. Part 2 - The communication left a lot to be desired (this does not include the foreman). It took several months for us to get to a point where the job could be scheduled and started. Now, this is a two way road (as is with most communication) and there were other factors that played a part (including us going through Home Headquarters which was new to this business and us). But I would go weeks without a response to repetitive inquiries. With all that said, the foreman really struck a chord with us and was very professional. He, his team, and the quality of the work gets this A grading.
