    Wonderful, wonderful wonderful. Samantha is so knowledgeable and helpful. She gives each person and dog individual attention and is able to do that because she limits the size of her classes. Well worth every penny we paid. We attended 6 classes.

    My search for a dog groomer has ended! In a word, Jenn is simply SPECTACULAR! I drive nearly an hour to get to her and it is well worth it. I could go to many other groomers very close to my home (and have tried many) but no one else has come close to providing the excellent services that Jenn does. I have 3 very different breeds: a Husky, a Cocker Spaniel and a Morkie, and she does a beautiful job on all of them...no other groomer come close! She only has one customer's dogs in her shop at a time, and that in itself is awesome, too! Don't hesitate to go to Jenn!!!

    Excellent care. Very caring staff. All service animal hospital with pharmacy. Vet care is expensive and VCAH is no exception. But the care is excellent and your pet will be well cared for. They also provide medical boarding for older pets...which is great. I don't like leaving the older cats with the cat sitter when I am on vacation. And there is a cat only section in the waiting room...in case your cats dislike canine company!

    The Good Life Mobile Dog Grooming
    Let me start by saying that i have used this groomer several times for my 2 dogs and was happy with her skills. I found her to be a little abrasive and she does not always take specific direction as to how you may want to have your dog styled. I prefer to use mobile groomers, so I stuck with her even though we had several scheduling problems with her. You need to book 4-6 weeks in advance and was told clients pre book for a year. i asked to be put on a wait list in November, since she was booked for 6 weeks. After waiting 4 weeks i did not hear from her, and when i contacted her i had to refresh her memory. i guess i really wasn't on her wait list and was told she had no availability until February. I was not happy with this and she explained that she really doesn't get too many last minute openings. Why she offers a wait list makes no sense and is poor customer service. I made the appt for February but could not get a convenient time for me to be home, so my husband arranged to take a 1/2 day from work to be home. i confirmed appt that morning. She texts me 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to say she was running late and was heading to my house. That was fine, things happen. Another text and now it is 30 minutes after appt. time. Another text and it is now going to be an hour late. We did not say a word to her and understood even though this was an inconvenience for my husband. Our next appointment was canceled the day of the appointment due to her illness. AGAIN we understood and had to reschedule to a day that was convenient for her. Our last and final appointment was made with this groomer. I had gotten a text that morning confirming appt. time and I had not remembered to to arrange to take time off from work that day and could not do so at the last minute. I tried to work something out for someone to be home that afternoon, but could not. i texted her back an apology and asked to reschedule. i can only say what took place after that was the most unprofessional treatment I have ever encountered. Her response was a one word response that did to make sense...and quot;DONEand quot;. I asked her to clarify her response and she sent the same text. I asked her to clarify again and she advised she had no available appointments. Again i needed to clarify and she said she had no appointments for and quot;MY DOGSand quot;. i then proceeded to call her because her unprofessional behavior with texting was appalling. She would not pick up and I was forced to leave a message with what I thought of her nerve to ban my dogs after being patient and understanding with her lateness and last minute cancelation. AGAIN, she did not have the courtesy to call back, but sent one more obnoxious text. I did not reply. I have waited a while to write a review because there was no forum to write one, other than her website and I am sure it would have been deleted. This is also the only negative review I have ever posted for a business. If you are thinking of using this person's service, just be aware of her unprofessionalism and her lack of understanding and courtesy. She may think she is a top groomer for the area, but there are others who can give you the full package.

    The Good Life Mobile Dog Grooming
    Chris has been our dog's groomer for about the past year, and she does a great job -- knows how a Wheaten terrier should look, and how to handle a dog that does not love to be combed or bathed. The homemade dog treat reward after grooming is very well received!

    They are very professional. It comes through that they love the animals they treat. I use them a lot. I usually take my dogs there once a year. I don't have to wait six months to get an appointment. I can usually get an appointment within a week or two. At times it can go up to a month.

    Bihari Kennels is very nice. I've used them many times and have had no problems. One nice thing they do is groom your dog on the scheduled pickup day. They also take $2.00 off the daily charge if your dog stays more than 14 days.

    I'm very satisfied with the care we get at County Animal Hospital. The facility is very clean and they treat the animals very well here. I know that they also do boarding and have a kennel for that. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and good with my dog.

    Dr. Saunders is very good and thorough with the animals. She is very prompt. I have never had to wait more that 5 minutes or so for an appointment. She also always calls you back to check on the animals and ask you questions about how they are doing.
