  • We use them for general medical care because they are convenient to our home. We are generally pleased with the services we receive, except we've had a small problem with the billing department. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will continue to use their services.

  • We saw Dr. Kass because my son had a sleeping problem - we were referred to him after our sleep study.  Dr. Kass interviewed us about the problem, and led us through some guided imagery, teaching us how to use it at home.  We didn't continue with this treatment, but we liked this doctor very much.

  • It is not a medical mill. The doctors really do care about you. I have received very good service from this medical group. They are very good and reliable. Many of their doctors are in the New York best Doctor's list. They have a weekend and even a 24/7 emergency location. I would recommend this medical group to anyone!

  • We've used them for years. I like that everything is all in one place. If we need to get x-rays, blood or whatever, it is all there. The doctors we have seen have been good and it is convenient. The punctuality depends on the doctors.

  • It's a fairly large medical practice that is based in Mount Kisco. They have offices all over including in our town. They have probably 100 physicians in the group or more. We have used them for 16 years. My wife and I have used orthopedic surgeons because within the last few years each of us had an accident that was rather serious and required rather serious surgery. I like the quality of their medical care and the professionalism of their physicians. I dislike their billing system, but they told me that this year they are upgrading it to make sense. Sometimes they run behind. You make an appointment and they never break an appointment. Sometimes they have run late because of an emergency or because somebody gets called into surgery. Their staff is very friendly. They have nurse practitioners too. If you have something minor and you know what it is, you can go in and see a nurse practitioner in an instant and she can confirm what you think it is and give you a prescription. I have done that too. The physicians we use are excellent and have good bedside manners. If we can't communicate with them, we don't use them. My wife and I started out with the same primary care. I had no problems communicating with her. My wife didn't like her communication style so she switched to a different primary care that she communicates with very well. They have enough physicians that you can find somebody you can work with. We have never had a problem with their treatment. They said they were fixing the billing system, but I don't know yet. When my 5 kids were in elementary school and high school, it was a hassle for me to make sure their bills were right. If they do it the way they say they are going to in the future, it would be very simple for me to double check the bills. We have been with them for 16 years and we have no plans to switch.

  • They have various specialists over there. They have a bunch of doctors who belong to same group. If one of the doctors suggested that you should see a cardiologist you could go to one of the specialist within the group or if you like you could go to one outside the group. The price is covered by my insurance.

  • We use this facility because it is the closest medical facility to where I live. I use this facility as my primary source for anything medical related. There are some good doctors and some doctors that I would never want to see again. In terms of availability it is not a problem. I would use this facility in the future.

  • Dr. Gottesfeld's bedside manner was fine with the kids. No great, but they were ok with him. He seemed knowledgeable about most things and covered the bases. He did seem to be out of touch with the fact that my son was circumcised however. My previous doctor had said not to even start worrying about the f******* detaching until age 5(he is 3) and every other modern reference that I have read says that while most boy's foreskins detach by age 5 some don't until puberty and that is fine and natural. In fact many sources said that health care workers trying to force the f******* back prematurely is often a cause of complications later in life. Dr. Gottesfeld insisted that we should see a specialist to get a cream to start forcing back the f*******. Needless to say we won't be. He was also horrible at giving them shots. They have both had numerous shots and there was a little crying and then it was done. Dr. Gottesfeld sort of pinned the kids to his side with one hand, which scared them to start with, and then used his other hand to give them the shot. They were scared and wriggling and I don't know what he was thinking. The final bill was the last straw. I figured that since I was there with my kids I would get a flu shot too. That is the only thing that was done to me. $300 for a flu shot. Because I "saw the doctor". We were booked for 2 hours for the 2 kids physicals and we were in the room for under and hour. They charged all three of us individually, so I know that my 1 minute flu shot was $300. $100 for the shot and $200 for "seeing the doctor". Absolutely ridiculous.

  • I really liked Dr. Kass. I just thought that he was really great about trying to find underlying things that we may not have thought of that could have been causing the sleep disturbance. He was very detailed. He wasn?t trying to make us snap judgment but was really trying to think about it. He was very thoughtful and I didn?t feel like he was just trying to rush us out of his office like other doctors do. He took my son and guided him with some exercises. He did followup and he was good about that. He didn?t diagnose my son but I was really happy with the attempt that he made. There was never really any treatment given.

  • Frankly, I was shocked that a doctor, with my full medical record available to her, could make such a suggestion after supposedly reading my history and seeing my current medications. I worry about such a level of treatment as to its potential harmful consequences for a patient like me. It may have been an oversight but I want a much better level of information-gathering when it comes to prescribing medications and treatments for my conditions. I did not return.
