Ed personally walks you through a description of the job, has access to superior materials and adds extra finishing details like metal flashing between the siding and foundation to help seal-up the house and keep out pests, as well as pvc blocks for fixtures. ALuis was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail is what I liked the most. We had a lot of rotted wood on the house, which he replaced, his craftsmanship was impeccable. The roof looks great and I would definitely hire LT Home Improvement again. LTHI also installed new gutters which look great! They are wider than what we had, and they work much better than what we had - due to the steep pitch on our roof. We are very happy.

DLyndsey Roofing LLC cut our vinyl siding for roof to wall transition and left a large ‘black’ border around roof area. This ‘black’ border looks terrible and is an eye sore to us. Our neighbors have a new roof replacement done with another GAF Elite Master contractor and we saw their roof didn’t have any ‘black’ border for roof to wall transition exposing the unsightly flashing. Lyndsey Roofing didn’t prepare site correctly (used torn tarp and was not anchored). The roofing debris fell through tarp torn opening and damaged landscaping. We found over 300 nails on our lawn and landscaping because they did poor cleanup job. We noticed they installed regular shingles on our back roof corner area before Starter Strip shingles. They didn’t follow GAF guidelines for layering down shingles row by row and used staple without plastic cap when installing DeckArmor barrier. Lyndsey Roofing did a poor job for us and we don’t recommend them.
