AHOME INSPECTIONS BY PJM INCPerfect Devon showed up on time and spent hours going over the new house. After he provided in my case a 93 page report detailing good and bad. This report gave me leverage to get things fixed prior to move in and a credit for less major things. Bottom line if you want somebody on your side to protect you from the pitfalls of purchasing a new house call this company. Devon and PJM home inspections are a relief due to the stress of moving.- Al T.

AD Rohde Heating, Plumbing and ACTOP NOTCH COMPANY !! The team arrive on time-- I have to mention these wonderful men --Ian Dan-Jaquan--because they were so professional !-( I did not find out the name of the delivery guy who delivered all the units--He was excellent too ) They worked non stop ! They were extremely polite and manners and respectful all the time. They answered every question we had--completed all the work while protecting carpets in my house etc. What a great company and group of workers ! They worked until 6pm without even taking a break !-- (even though it started to rain--they still worked ! ) Whatever they were doing as a team--they were double checking --triple checking with each other ALL the time that it was done right and that no mistakes were mentioned ! They were so professional and Patience is a virtue !! I also have to mention Sarah--she answers the phone for the company 24/7--She is wonderful too ! ASync Mechanical, Inc.Jon was immediately responsive and helpful. I explained my situation and that I was concerned I might need to replace my furnace (a opinion from another company). He stated he would just come do a diagnostic and we could go from there. That diagnostic fee was very reasonable. The tech came, stating that it was likely the "board" that needed replacing. They ordered the part and immediately came out and finished my mix. A HUGE RELIEF that I did not have to replace the furnace right before winter. So for once I felt like I was being dealt with honestly, and they went above and beyond. I will call them with ANY of my HVAC/Plumbing needs. Thank you Jon and the techs at Sync! AJohn remodeled both our upstairs and downstairs bathroom. He ripped out a cracked plastic tub that, it turned out, was sitting on a very heavy steel tub, which he had to cut into pieces to remove, and he removed the plastic sheeting going around our shower walls (which revealed tiles that had to be removed as well). He put in beautiful new tiles on our shower wall, installed new tiles on the bathroom floor, and a new vanity and toilet. Downstairs, he put down stick-on vinyl tiles and a new toilet as well as new baseboards, transforming that half bathroom. HIs work was meticulous every step of the way. Others we spoke to did not want to try to match the vintage wall tile; John was confident he could do it (making the job cheaper and less messy), and he was right! His choices were perfect and the bathrooms are both transformed.

AI would recommend Roberto Plumbing to anyone and they are the ones I would call if I needed anything. I had three companies come to my house to give me an estimate. Steve Roberto came for his company and he was extremely professional and was clear that he wanted my business. His estimate beat one of the others by a lot and competitive with the other, but Steve was willing to do the installation within two weeks, rather than the over a month wait for the other one. Two guys came on the day and the time promised and finished almost to the minute of the time estimate Steve gave me. The guys were very professional and did a fantastic job - and Steve was there for part of the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. They listened to me as to my preferred placement of the inside and outside units. They had a few tough things to do, including running wire the entire length of the house in a very tight and spider infested crawl space. No complaints at all. Before they left they showed me how to use the unit and I had AC cranking before the afternoon was over.

AHORRIBLY! I was just told by Tom Sutton heating & plumbing that they will not stand behind the generator repair failure where I almost lost an $8,500 boiler, hot water heater and had to buy two new sump pumps and pay for a plumber's visit and clean up after the generator failed during the storm. I also lost many items in the flooded basement. The fire dept and police were here 4x throughout the day trying to deal with the flooding, thanks to the failure of the generator to kick on when the power went off. This is the specific reason that I spent hundreds of dollars to repair the generator. Sutton basically told me to get lost. What is wrong with some companies? They don't seem to have any sense of responsibility or decency for other people. I really do not know how some of these companies can stay in business? It's truly disappointing that the old Sears Roebuck attitude has gone the way of the dinosaur.
