He was very easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, and was very responsive to my emails and calls. He came to the house and delivered a quote when he said he would. He also managed to schedule it for a time which was convenient for me which was a huge plus. The finished work ended up in a HUGE improvement and upgrade to my home! The installers Matt and Mel got to work early, were great to deal with, made sure the job was completed exactly how I had requested after speaking with Tony, and made sure I knew how everything worked before they left. I can't say enough how please I am with the finished product. I never thought I could be so happy to just look at garage doors (lol) but they came out so well I kept looking at them for days. Great experience with this company and would recommend highly to anyone looking to get this type of work done.- John E.

He wasn’t able to send someone that day, but one day later Wyatt arrived and within seconds knew exactly what was wrong, he had all needed parts and replaced the pulleys. He also oiled all rollers, hinges, pulleys, cables, checked tension, made needed minor adjustments, and cleaned and aligned the photo eyes. FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.

AJohn remodeled both our upstairs and downstairs bathroom. He ripped out a cracked plastic tub that, it turned out, was sitting on a very heavy steel tub, which he had to cut into pieces to remove, and he removed the plastic sheeting going around our shower walls (which revealed tiles that had to be removed as well). He put in beautiful new tiles on our shower wall, installed new tiles on the bathroom floor, and a new vanity and toilet. Downstairs, he put down stick-on vinyl tiles and a new toilet as well as new baseboards, transforming that half bathroom. HIs work was meticulous every step of the way. Others we spoke to did not want to try to match the vintage wall tile; John was confident he could do it (making the job cheaper and less messy), and he was right! His choices were perfect and the bathrooms are both transformed.
