ASur Fence Carpentry and PaintExcellent. Xavier had to order special fencing which was delayed by the manufacturer due to COVID-19. He kept me informed throughout the process and scheduled the job as soon as it came in. He was professional and courteous and did a very nice job. CGREEN VALLEY LANDSCAPINGThe price was fair and it all ended up looking very nice. There were miscommunications and delays at every step of the project. They put up the wrong fence and then still didn’t put up exactly what I wanted. They planted grass EXACTLY where I told them NOT to. They did the “Finish” landscaping before they finished the fence and gates. The hinges and latches on the gates stopped working two days after we got our C of O, so not that big of a deal but just a reflection of the quality of the work. And the biggest thing is that they severely damaged our fiberglass pool. The scratches are deep and can never be repaired. It took them months longer than planned but as soon as they finished I received a call requesting payment right away. The leftover material and pallets, which I was assured would be cleaned up, remain on my property.- Mike H.

AKetcham Fencing IncI hired Ketcham fence on a referral from someone else. I obtained three estimates, one higher one lower. The rep from Ketcham was on punctual and took the time to measure the project ( one guy just "eye-balled" it, and gave me a detailed estimate of the work involved, the products that would be used and timeline it would take. Bottom line, they did everything as promised. Quality fencing was used, unlike with all due respect to the big box stores which uses a cheaper grade. I was so pleased with them, when I had other fencing needs, I didn't even bother to get three quotes, but just went right to Ketcham, and once again did a fantastic job.- jim b.

DElements Landscape and DesignI am not at all happy with this provider nor am I happy with his work nor work ethic..hes rude very unprofessional and unknowledgeable...he had NO experience in repairing the Gates..overcharged me and broke the stabilizing boards on the gates resulting in very sloppy work..pointed sharp screws left sticking out of fencing..brought his dog with him..asked me for some food to feed his dog ..!!! allowed the dog to run around on other neighbors property while he worked..showed up an hour and a half late with no call or explanation..this person definitely was a complete waste of my time and money..he wants to charge me another fee to come and correct his work after stringing me along for 2 wks.stating that he would come back out and stand behind his work and correct the situation..Very Unhappy.- Deb W.

FNiebuhr Family FenceNot good at all. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR... The job was not finished and the fence 25% of it fell on the ground with one windy evening. Broken promises to make it right and the installer never came back. Very poor installation not screwed into supports that well. half screwed in and some screws that never penetrated the 4x4 post. FWe used Angie's list to find a provider to install a fence back in March. We had 3 different people come out and we picked Brandon. I wish the bad reviews we now see showing up on his page existed then if so we never would have chosen him. We signed a contract in april and we gave him $3500 for materials. He said he would do everything get the permits,materials etc. He had us go to the town for him and get the permit papers and drop them off at his house. He came back to our house a couple time measured the property put up a string around the yard to mark where the fence would go. He was beyond unprofessional over half a dozen times he said he was coming over to start working on the fence we would plan our day around it and he wouldn't show. No call no text or anything saying he wasn't showing up. He would never contact us first we would always have to send him messages and sometimes he would just ignore it. The contract said he would have the work finished in May but he said the vinyl production had stopped and was behind because of covid. We said that was okay because we checked home depot and lowes and at the time they did have lower quantities of vinyl fence in stock. In July we told him he has to either give us our money back or install something or we would go to court. He came a few days later with a couple guys and installed maybe 30 feet of black chainlink fence with materials he had left over from another job he said the store didn't have anymore black pipes for the fence so he spray painted them and assured us it would look as good as the real thing. He didn't have all the material's to make sure it was strong on the bottom and told us next time he came back he would fix it. We gave him $500 extra that we agreed upon in the contract and never came back. We didn't check the fencing until after he left and Brandon did not even bother to paint the back side of the fence. Some of it is silver and some is black you can even see the spray paint lines. The gate is hanging off because it has no support. It is not flush to the ground so even if we did have a full fence the dogs that we were getting if for can still fit underneath it. It's also about 2 feet onto our neighbors property even though we showed him the property line and he was supposed to get a permit so we can't even have it fixed. We now have to pay someone else to have it removed. He repeatedly told us he was getting vinyl from a place in New Jersey and had placed an order. He even showed us pictures of left over vinyl from another job and that he was going to deliver it to our house. He never did. He now says the price of vinyl has gone up and he can not give us a fence for the price on the contract. We told him okay that's fine just give us our money back as we do not have anymore to give and this has gone on for 8 months. He said okay he would contact us the next day about a refund and we never heard from him again. Do not hire Brandon Piegari if you actually want anything installed. Best case you have subpar work that someone else needs to redo. Worst case you are like us and have to try and track him down in order to take him to court. We gave him plenty of chances over an 8 month long period. We were very understanding on how covid could have slowed things down but we were more than patient and ended having to file a police report. I could not recommend against someone more.
