F9Gs Walls and Foundations IncMonti of 9g's wall & foundation is a CROOK, he stole from me and my family, He so called built a retainer wall to the tune of 50k, He did not put in the proper rebar the planed called for. He convinced my minor son to go into our safe and give him money that was not owed. The wall fell and left a dangerous situation at our home. He would not even come back and look at his shotty work. DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK. YOU WILL BE SORRY, Look at photos and you will see what I am talking about.- timothy E.

FTri County Chimney BuildersFrank quoted us at a reasonable rate. We had chimney issues on a newly bought house and carbon monoxide throughout the house. We asked for insurance and noticed it would expire in 3 days. We called the insurance company to verify coverage. Frank pushed back the work a day after already waiting a week for the work to begin. He then texted us the next day (the evening before work was to be performed) and cancelled. He stated he did not feel comfortable performing the work and left our down payment check in our mailbox. He mentioned that we were suspicious by calling his insurance company. He then would not answer phone calls. I called the insurance company again and they were unsure of why he would act that way. As a homeowner, you are supposed to verify insurance coverage. Especially when work involves going on someone’s roof. We were left with our issue still and a week lost.- Alisa H.

AUnique ConstructionI could not be happier with the quality of work by unique construction. We had used them for two separate jobs. In 2013 our home had severe damage from hurricane Irene. Dave worked with our insurance company from beginning to end. He throughly restored our kit home, while making great suggestions while rebuilding. He has a great eye for details. In Oct 2016, he rebuilt our front porch. He came up with a new look, keeping the intgrity of the house in mind. Our neighbors were very complimentary on the new look and his work. His crew is on time and are extremely hard workers. I would only use unique construction for my home renovation and restorations.- John L.

AJohn remodeled both our upstairs and downstairs bathroom. He ripped out a cracked plastic tub that, it turned out, was sitting on a very heavy steel tub, which he had to cut into pieces to remove, and he removed the plastic sheeting going around our shower walls (which revealed tiles that had to be removed as well). He put in beautiful new tiles on our shower wall, installed new tiles on the bathroom floor, and a new vanity and toilet. Downstairs, he put down stick-on vinyl tiles and a new toilet as well as new baseboards, transforming that half bathroom. HIs work was meticulous every step of the way. Others we spoke to did not want to try to match the vintage wall tile; John was confident he could do it (making the job cheaper and less messy), and he was right! His choices were perfect and the bathrooms are both transformed.

ACompletely thorough, professional, and worth the money and time. I had met with several deck builders. None of them informed me about the paperwork involved with the town. They simply wanted to get hired, get paid, and start. Larry was the ONLY one who supplied a portfolio of previous jobs. He also explained the lengthy permit process, which I confirmed with Town Hall. This was an eye opening and MASSIVE plus!!! Walt and Chris worked tirelessly and meticulously to build our beautiful deck and Larry was on hand occasionally to supervise. He kept us informed us during every step of the process. The result is a BEAUTIFUL deck that has been cleared by the town. I cannot emphasize just how happy we are with the entire process and the finished job. Do your research first, and then stick with NY Worker Bees. You will not only be happy with the end result but you will also save yourself $$ and a massive headache as well as seeing the value and correctness of your decision.
