I was shocked when I spoke with John, who was able to send Dave to my home the next day. FI paid Masters $900 for service for over a year. They sprayed and it did nothing. I called them to have them come out after a month and thats where it went downhill. The lady on the phone sucking her teeth and cant speak in complete sentences. They did such a bad job they refunded my money thank god. You have to be a special kind of stupid to mess up pest control.

AThis is a great company. No one really wants to talk about pest control but here in the country, we need expert help to keep our home pest free. This is the second company we have used in the past 15 years and I wish I had found them sooner. This is the best and most organized company around providing this service in the Hudson Valley. Our regular technician, Jermaine, is great. He is really more than nice because he is friendly and super competent in the job he does for us. We hope he will always be our technician. AExcellent. From telephone conversations to actual inspection of my apartment which was very thorough. He arrived on time, very professional and trust worthy. Did not find bugs, but gave suggestions in how to proceed should it happen and not to do "over kill" for something that was not there. He also did not push to spray chemicals when not needed. It was worth every penny and I would use and recommend this father and son team if I need them in the future.
