    I have to travel to get there, but I go all the way out there because their service is so unbelievable. It's like a family. They always get me in immediately, even if they are busy. I've bought all my cars there. The workers are terrific. I couldn't figure out the gadgets in this new car, so they have a whole team working on it, and they got it to work and showed me how to work it. They go out of their way. That's the only reason I travel an extra 50 miles just to have my car serviced, because I know it's going to be done right. I don't like driving, but I'll drive out there.

    Arrived first thing in the morning, only waiting 10 minutes before my car was taking care of.  While waiting you can either watch TV or use your mobile devices with free wi-fi along with a free hot cup of coffee.  Friendly sales people, clean waiting room, comfortable chairs.  I recommend this station to everyone I know.  It's nice to know that you can get your car fixed and serviced without getting hose!

    I was so dissatisfied with the whole thing; I was very unhappy with it. I also found out the entire service department is on commission, which to me is a conflict of interest. I bought the car there and have been going to them since then. They were taken over by another dealership or were sold so a lot of the personnel seemed to change. They had the head mechanic do the car work himself. He then went over the car and the possibility of anything going wrong with it. He told me I would not have to do more than oil changes for another year. He said nothing was going to go wrong with this car again for about another year. He told me this was because all of the things that went wrong with the car are peripheral and were original to the car. Everything seemed to go bad with the car at once. When I got the car back they had taken it to a car wash and cleaned it and everything. I was please with them that they turned it around. The job finally turned out beautiful. They did not do a good job of repairing the auto the first time I took it there and told me they were trying to save me money. It ended up costing me a lot more because I had to pay for a tow. I had always had the work done there in the past and I had always been happy with it. I was not going to buy another car from them, but now I am considering buying a new one. I have not decided yet. It is a nice, clean place.

    I drop the my truck off the night before (so I didn't have to get up early) and by 12 noon the truck was ready, no surprises and price came out better than expected. Very Quick and pleasant and pleased with the work.

    East Coast Eddies

    I used East Coast because I Trust Them, Bill and Eddie have worked on my truck before, and I trust them My truck has some mileage on it, its a 99 so I count on them to keep it moving, and they do. I didn't even know they where on Angie's list but now I can share with everyone how great they are. I took the truck in to them because it had mad a noise 2x's they took the truck diagnosed it out, they kept me informed and they never try to sell you something you don't need. never an issue when the guys are on the job.

    After breaking down on the highway, I had my ford focus towed to Suburban Car and Truck Repair. I was told by Bob I needed my alternator and main in-line fuse replaced. I had the work done (came to around 500) and picked up the car. I got less than a mile and the car suddenly died. Once again I paid to have the car towed back to Suburban. The following day I was told I needed a new battery and that the alternator they put in was no good and they would replace it. I paid for a new battery and picked up the car. The car died again on the highway after 2 days. I then had the car towed to a different mechanic who informed me the alternator was still bad. Once again, I towed the car to Suburban and they changed the alternator. It took 3 tries and major personal inconvenience/expense for Suburban to properly diagnose and repair my car.

    Personalized Auto Polishing Corp.
    We bought a new 2013 VW Golf and when we got it home later in the night,
    we saw it had micro-swirls, or micro-marring all over from the
    dealership.  We did not want the dealership to overbuff, or do more
    damage so I contacted Howard from Personalized Auto Polishing Corp. 
    Howard came to us, was thorough, and got rid of all our swirls and a
    long scratch.  He did an outstanding job, was very polite, and hard working.

    Atlantic Chevrolet
    I had bad experience with them. I was sick that day and went to them with my wife. They took my wife to a car, that was a less of a car and she paid $220 more. When I said something they did not bother. I had a bad health and had couple of strokes. My wife had to take me to the hospital. That morning, my wife had to go alone to the them. I tried explaining them but they did not agree. I told them I was not well and they said that they too felt bad about it. When I tried to talk to customer service, they said they would give a free oil change. My overall experience with them was very bad. They did nothing. I will never use this company again.

    He has an impeccably clean garage. It is remarkable. The waiting room are bathroom are always clean. He is easy to talk to and is honest. He has a love for cars and is a pleasure to deal with. He takes good care of our cars and keeps them running.
