    Adam came the same day I called and showed up on time. After a thorough examination he stated that the unit was functioning properly and that there were no apparent issues. He gave me a 30 day grace period that in the event he had to return he would apply today's payment to that visit.

    His service call was within an hour as he had been in the area finishing up another job. He came in, pulled out and examined the freezer and told me that the compressor was shot. Rather than recommend a repair to this 22 year old freezer, he said the part would cost almost as much as a new freezer and recommended getting a new freezer. He could have very easily sold me on the repair, so we were extremely pleased with his honesty. Because the diagnosis only took him about five or ten minutes, he was also kind enough to discount the price of his service call. I would recommend Paul without hesitation!

    Called and made an appointment to repair a refrigerator - they called and rescheduled the appointment then never showed up or called. I called their office multiple times to find out what was going on and they stated twice they'd call me back once they figured out what had happened. No callback either time. Left messages, no callback. 
    Do not hire this service - waste of time. I hired another repair service who came out same day and professionally repaired the issue.

    He said he would order the part.  In face he was on his cell phone to order it.  He said it would be in in a few days.  The $101 was just for him to come to the house to spend five minutes looking at the appliance.
    When I asked how much the part would be, he said $180, and the repair would be $80 or so per hour to get it fixed.  When I asked him how long he thought it would take, he said he didn't know.  He might have to take the whole thing apart to fix it and then put it back together.
    The dishwasher is only 13 months old, one month past the warranty.  I knew I had to get it fixed, that I couldn't afford another new one.
    When I didn't hear from him after a month, I called him back.  He said that he couldn't look it up since he was on his way to a two-week vacation. 
    I waited another month or more, called him repeatedly.  He didn't answer the phone.  I left messages.  Finally he got back to me sometime in late August/September.  He then looked for my order slip but had a hard time locating it.  Finally he said he DID order the part but he doesn't know what happened to it.  He said he would do a little research and get back to me the next day.
    When I didn't hear from him the next day, I had had it with him.  I found the part on-line for $74 dollars (not $180) and my husband was able to replace the touchpad electronics in about 20 minutes.

    Called A to Z (Mike) and worked over the phone with him to diagnosis the problem before coming out to the house. I did appreciate Mike trying to diagnosis over the phone to save a trip and service charge to come out to our house. Explained what we did to correct problem, Mike gave a fee more suggestions. Felt that the water valves were bad. Mike informed me that it is difficult to find parts for LG appliances as LG does not make parts but would give it a try. I did not hear from Mike for a few days but figured it may take a while to find the needed parts. Mike was able to locate the needed part and ordered it. Mike came out to the house took top off the wash machine and tested the valves prior to replacing part. During testing of machine it started to work again, go figure! No part was needed. Mike would return the part at no cost to us other than the service charge. Mike felt that the valve connect came loose during moving of wash machine. Wash machine is still working as we were worried that we would need to purchase new machine when our machine is only 7 years old.

    We had a water leak in the back of our refrigerator. I found the part at fault and got an estimate on the part cost ($55) and called All Apppliance for an estimate to replace the defective part. He said he could get the part for much cheaper than us and gave an estimate for the part and repair cost of $125 to $250. He arrived on time and completed the part replacement in approx. 15 or 20 minutes. He was here longer talking but the part replacement was quickly completed. His bill was for $233 including charging us $82.50 for the "cheaper" part.  While we were satisfied with the job, his labor was over priced and he charged us much more than reasonable for the replacement part.
