APARLOR CITY DRYWALL & PAINTING, Inc.We hired Marc and Parlor City Construction to enlarge our living room, by installing a LVL beam in the ceiling, replacing/rerouting electric outlet, reworking our floor to match and drywall and plaster our entire living room ceiling. The job was completed very professionally, on time service and at a reasonable cost. Each and every employee of Parlor City Construction was professional, congenial and trustworthy. We will in the future be hiring Parlor City Construction for further remodeling of our home.- David H.

ACrown Construction IncChristian Assembly of God needed a new roof due to wind blowing shingles off. Crown helped work with our insurance and got the work done and interior finished from water damage. We also hired them to install new vinyl replacement window in the pastor's housing. In the past we have hired the for several other projects. I love working with Crown Construction from start to finish of every project we have had them to do.- Adam G.

ADenny Construction LLCI have hired Denny Construction for several construction jobs at my residential property, he is a very professional individual, he was on time, on budget, high quality workmanship, met the building codes so we could pass our integral and overall inspections. I have also hired Denny Construction to build a couple of furniture pieces, he can take my few measurements , scribbled out ideas and make what is in my mind's eye into a beautiful, functional piece. ADan Brown ConstructionFrom the very first phone call to the final walk-through the team at Dan Brown construction could not have been nicer, more down to earth, or honest. The quote was quick, easy to understand, and no b.s. Everything was very transparent and I never felt that there was any hidden agenda. Jess was great to work with and answered all my questions and dealt with all of my requests. Josh and Jason were wonderful in my home. Their work was amazing and efficient. They were punctual and courteous and really didn't interrupt my day to day life at all. They were kind to my cats who supervised the whole project and give their paw of approval. AContinuity Construction Services, Inc.Was fantastic, responsive and the most honest contract I've ever dealt with. Can you imagine a contractor that actually returns money to you if materials scheduled to be used upon estimation were not used?. Duane Randall II and his frim, which has been in business for 40 years, did exactly that when they put a roof on my Mom's home. Duane was just super, provided all the indicia of required insurance, ie workmans comp and general liability upon request. He and his firm which is family owned and managed did such a quality job on my Mom's roof that a roofing company firm that I'd hired to inspect their work said that he wished that his own home had a roof installed by Continuity Construction Services Inc. . That's not all he does, my Mom's home was being prepared for sale. Everything that needed to be done was done correctly (including rebuilding a crawl space that was in bad shape- needed new supports, insulation, vents closed etc) and with quality workmanship. Beacused of the super job done by Continuity Construction Services, my Mom's home was on the market less than 24 hrs and it was under contract. Duane has a keen intuition on what needs to done in all construction situations, he expresses that intuition in a rapport sensitive fashion and works very well with real estate agents. Many contractors operate very differently from Duane. I obtained 4-6 bids for my Mom's roof.Continuity's bid provided the greatest insight into what was going to be done and the related cost. Also Continuity's bid was the least expensive but provided the best materials and warranty. During the whole process, Duance took "before" and "after" pictures that really kept me in the loop during the whole process. He/Continuity did everything, shampooed carpets, interior painting, plumbing, they did it all and just great quality, professionalism and attention to detail. Also, when they project a completion date, its done but in the event a certain date has to be pushed back, he provides notice way in advance- just a true professional- Mark R.

AKiefer-Randall Construction & Remodeling LLCThey did a great job. The arrived on site every day they worked on time and ready to go. Within a week my entire basement was stripped down to studs. They rebuilt my basement including a full bathroom and laundry as well as the main entertainment area. They worked with me through the entirety of the project to work through details and questions that arose on a day-to-day basis. New floors, new drywall, custom walls for my entertainment center, new drop-tile ceiling, new lighting, new plumbing including the installation of all new bathroom appliances. AKiefer-Randall Construction & Remodeling LLCWOW!!!! Bob and Chuck from Kiefer and Randall were the best two guys I have had working on my home. I contacted Kiefer and Randall around the second week of February, 2016 to get an estimate to repair a ceiling in my study, due to a roof leak. Jim Randall was right on time, he went back to his business, emailed me a couple of days later with an estimate. I said ok and the work began the last week of February. Every meeting, and every day, everybody was on time to the minute. Bob and Chuck who performed the work were absolutely outstanding. Though I had covered the items in the study with plastic, they added a little more. In the kitchen everything was covered by them. They worked like two PROs, way beyond professional. They were quiet, attentive to the job, courteous, neat, orderly, and took their time. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and usually ended each day with a general recap. I emphasize the quality of work a bit based on the fact that I was not able to empty the study. This was discussed with Jim and he was ok with the situation. There was just too much stuff and literally no place to go with it. With those constraints that Bob and Chuck had to deal with they were masterful. No complaints or issues. They were like a well oiled machine. Just doing precise and excellent work. They cleaned up everything every day before they left. The two ceiling are perfect, just awesome. Just a masterful job. It is all most impossible to describe the great people at Kiefer and Randall. Jim, Cody, Bob and Chuck were a pleasure to work with. Actually, the study was the only ceiling to be replaced, but since the work was so good, I added the cabinets doors and kitchen ceiling. I do have another project, but I will have to wait to save up a bit. The icing on the cake, was I had begun some work repairing the window in the study. I had come home from food shopping and they had left for the day. I was sitting in the living room and thinking I might work on that window a little. I walked upstairs to the study, all the plastic was gone. Everything was cleaned up and they had placed all my tools, neatly on a piece of plastic, knowing I would need some floor covering to do my work. I stopped at that moment to write this review. I have used Angies List for several projects and I have been very satisfied with the businesses that are listed on the list. Kiefer and Randall were simply the best. I began using Angies List after an absolute total disaster with Home Depot doing a roofing job for me. To wrap this up, there were no problems, no issues once so ever. Kiefer and Randall and their crew were just a pleasure to have in my home working. I hope that they can assist me sometime in the future.- Philip G.

FHighly unprofessional. His communication is awful. His estimate came 2 weeks late after he quoted me a good price. When I signed it and returned to him he disappeared. No mail, no call. Nothing. He responded once I texted him, only to state he still planned to do the job before winter set in. When I asked me what date he would be here to start: no response, still none to this day. Don't waste your time!

AEverything went very well from the first call to completion. Estimator was very responsive, professional and helpful. Project manager and foreman were very good also. The men who did the work were professional, considerate of our home, polite and did a great job and great cleanup. AI made the phone call on Monday afternoon. A very professional young man was at my home Wednesday morning, and by the mid afternoon it was all fixed and looked like nothing had ever happened to it. I told him he was the answer to an old lady's prayer! The only drawback was the price, but in these times everybody needs to make enough to take care of themselves and their families, and he did spend quite a bit of time on it.
