    Olsen Brother's Tree Surgery

They worked out perfect; they are really good. They are doing stuff today but I have had them before. I have had them after hurricanes and every couple of years just to trim and top trees. They also have taken care of trees that have died. It is a little bit expensive compared to other tree services but they are really good. They do good cleanup and everything. I had a pretty good size tree taken down, it was probably 40 or 50 feet, and I had two in the back that were about 30 feet. They took them down without grinding them. They came with the cherry pickers and everything and I think the cost was about $1,800. Their work is excellent. I really like them.

    Olsen Brother's Tree Surgery
After the hurricane 3 years ago, I asked Mr. Olsen to take a look at the big tree in front of my house. My wife was concerned that it had been weakened after the storm and might come down on the house. Mr. Olsen said that the tree was fine, but needed pruning. I put the job off for 3 years, but decided that it had to be done. I called and Mr. Olsen gave me an estimate the next day and also suggested some work on a cherry tree. I accepted the estimate and they did the job later the same week. They did beautiful work and the trees look much better. I've also used this company on the past and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work.

    Tim's Tree Service
Nice guy. Professional. Came quickly after I called to give a price. Scheduled removal pretty quick after I told him I wanted to go forward. No issues - did everything he said he would do and didn't leave a big mess.

    Hurricane Tree Experts Inc
They did a great job. I called them a couple of days ago and they came today. They cleaned up nice and everything was good. I would give them 5 stars. They left the place very neat and clean. The price was fair and the workmanship was good. The owner was extremely pleasant to deal with. I didn't have any complaints. They were very good.

    Bartlett Tree Experts - 21211
What I liked is they weren't overly aggressive.  They seemed knowledgeable and thorough.  There were issues with follow-up communication with an employee who is no longer there.  They were recommended by a friend and the price was fine.

    Tim's Tree Service
Trimmed some dead branches off of a large tree. Very hard to reach on the phone but after a bunch of tries finally got them to schedule the first job. Never returned messages for a potential second job. Maybe its normal but hey seemed to lean a little towards over trimming, might use again in the future. Not sure.

    AAA Tree Service
Satisfactory work. Only compaint, provider arrived on time of appointment, began trimming and then told me he needed a larger truck and would return within an hour. Arrival of another trimmer approximately 4 hours later and completed the job. Forturnately I did not have another appointment for the day so it was not a problem. The work was well done however.

    Savatree Old Brookville
Job was very well done.  After doing the cutting all debris was cleaned up and removed from my yard.  Workers were very professional, polite and thorough.  I was very satisfied with the workmanship.  My only complaint was that I had to wait until my area was scheduled for other jobs.  I was a bit impatient but this would not deter me from using this company again.

    Rob's Handyman Service
The service went very well.  It took him about two hour and it was very hot, but he got it done.  He was very personable, easy to work with, and one of the only people that would come look at it.  He lives pretty far and I appreciated him coming a long distance to look into the problem and working in sever heat.

    A-1 All Counties Tree Service
First of all, they came in $400 more expensive than one of their main competitors initially.  They came down $200 more and I ultimately chose them in hope they would be more reliable and do a more high quality job.  I was incorrect about this.
The positives were the individuals that were here doing the work generally did a good job.  They removed the trees safely and quickly and grinded the stumps and roots as I asked them too.  The initial tree removal started on time when I expected it to.
The negatives were pretty much the rest of the experience.  I booked the date approximately a month in advance through the sales guy / estimator that came to estimate the job.  I was never told what time they would come, so I called to confirm the week before the job several times.  No one picked up, I left several messages and no one got back to me.  Thankfully they were there first thing in the morning the date of my appointment, but the initial lack of communication left a bad taste in my mouth.
The main issue I had is that they left all of the logs of the trees they cut down on my front lawn for almost a week, were impossible to get in touch with, gave me incorrect information multiple times, and then destroyed my front lawn when they finally picked them up. They left a huge gaping several foot wide hole in my front lawn when they picked up the logs.  The best part is, 2 days later another truck came by to pick up the logs that had already been picked up.
Clearly this company is not being managed properly.  When I finally got in touch with someone several days later, I was told the reason for the delay in picking up the logs was due to their truck breaking down.  Things happen, and I would have understood if they explained this up front, but they just left them there without telling me and lied to me multiple times about who and when would be picking up the logs.  I can only think the reason for destroying my front lawn was some retaliation in pushing them very hard to pick up the logs ASAP.  The fact that another truck then showed up a couple of days later to pick up the logs that they already had picked up shows their lack of management and coordination.
