    I used Mables for my honeymoon, so it had to be perfect.  My wife left me in charge to "just do it" after a thousand discussions about where to go. I decided on Aruba.  Doing my on-line research and numerous discussions with Mables, we decided on the Divi All Inclusive.  Travel arrangements were dead on perfect, and Mables even got  me emergency row seats for a little more legroom.

    All in all the honeymoon was perfect and I would not hesitate for a second to use and recommend Mables Travel.

    Cja Luxury Transportation
    We hired Craig Alongi from CJA Luxury Transportation for transportation to/from LaGuardia airport. The driver, Mike, was supposed to pick us up at 6am Saturday, July 19th 2014.  At 6:10, he still hadn?t arrived and we then decided to call the 2 contact numbers we had for the company.  One number went right to voicemail, the other went to a generic, came-with-the-phone message. We left messages at both numbers, didn?t hear anything.  At 6:15, we decided to pack our car and drive
    ourselves, since our flight was at 8am. We called both numbers again while on the way to tell them not to bother, went to voicemails again. Luckily we got to the airport and parked our car in long-term parking and got to the gate right as they were boarding the plane.
    We landed at our destination, turn the phones back on.  NOTHING. No voicemails profusely apologizing or explaining what happened.  We?re in our rental car, and I receive a FACEBOOK MESSAGE from Craig Alongi.  Not even a phone call.  He went the cowardly and unprofessional way of communicating through Facebook.  He apologized, yadda yadda, said he was on
    vacation and hired another guy to do the job who has never been late, yadda yadda, offered a free trip in the future and refunded our credit card the $160 we paid him. 
    I messaged him back saying thanks from apologizing, but I don?t why it took 8 hours to hear back from him.  I also posed the question of him reimbursing us our long-term parking costs since we had to drive in and pay for parking due to his company?s negligence.  He doesn?t respond.  I write him a similar message after flying back home, after paying $180 for long-term parking.  I finally hear back from him.  He responds with ?Why would I pay for your parking when I refunded your 160.00 dollars already?  REALLY?!?!??!
    While compensating us for our parking is not mandatory, I believe it would have been the appropriate thing to do, especially to save face as a small business owner.  I even asked (through Facebook messenger still, since that is the only way he?s choosing to ?communicate? with me), that if instead of offering a free trip in the future (which would be very comparable to our $180 parking bill), we just compensate us for our parking.  NEVER HEARD BACK.  I?m not expecting to hear from him again, so the only thing I can do is to warn future victims of this horrible business.  Choose someone else to drive you to and from the airport.  COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am always cynical about internet reviews, but at least with Angies, you have a very high percentage of getting a legit review. I had a Limo company I used for years, but had a difference of opinion over something. I come from the school of "the customer's always right - within reason - but over something silly, after spending many thousands with the other company, it was time for someone new.
    Legend exceeded my expectations, the Limo was spotless and clean. It had fresh ice, cold bottled water, and soda, and even had a stocked bar.
    I will absolutely use them again!

    Ultimate Class Limousine Worldwide
    I got this limo service off of Angie's list. They had great rankings and I needed a great provider as I was having them take my parents for a night on the town in NYC. While they were 10 minutes late they did call me to let me know. They had an issue with the car and had to turn around. Other than that everything went exceptionally well. The driver was great and the service was great.

    I use Mike's service for rides back and forth to the local NY airports. He's always on time, professional, genuinely a nice guy, and he works hard for his customers.
    I was even once diverted to Newark airport (from JFK) and he found a driver for me who was waiting for me when I hit the tarmac in NJ. Amazing!

    An experience that could be unimaginably horrible was actually a happy and exciting yard renovation.  They came on time every day that they were supposed to be here.  They were clean and courteous.  Everyone always had a wonderful and pleasant attitude, even in the worst weather.  The completed project was perfectly done and better than we could have asked for.  Most importantly, the job was done quickly and in budget.
