I'm in there all the time. I have three kids. I wouldn't bring my kids there if I didn't love them. They were an "A" to me. I only have positive things to say about them. I love them. I think that they're very thorough. I think they have a very good bedside manner. They're very good with the kids. They'll give me an appointment if the child is sick but I might have to wait a little while in the waiting room. They do separate the well visits from the sick kids, which I appreciate. The staff is friendly. I like them. I would recommend them to everyone.

We began the appointment by being made to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes for a 6:30pm appointment. I understand there are occasional emergencies but we've never had less than a 45 minute wait. When your child is small they do offer to take your cell phone number and you can wait in your car until your appointment. This is a nice service, but keeping close to your appointments would be nicer.

He did a full exam on my daughter and seemed very thorough. He didn't ask us if we had any questions though since I did have a few. We need to go back very soon so I can ask them then. She was screaming from the shots at the end and it might be his standard procedure to ask for questions then, in which case her screaming may have been the issue.

One word of caution: if they write you a prescription, be sure it's legible. I've had 2 back-to-back prescriptions that were too illegible for the pharmacist to read. I used a Walgreens and CVS so it wasn't just one pharmacist. If you can't read it, ask them to re-write it. It will save you time.
