  • What a great moving company. As professional as it gets. To start with the internal staff was unbelievable. I spoke with a few people along the way, however, Israel stands out. Very understanding, always approachable, never felt like I was calling too much. Most important, they were always up front and honest. Next, the moving team was unbelievable On time, probably a few miinutes early, They were so careful, never felt rushed, In fact, when they were finished and it took them hours on a hot day, they helped me pack my car I've never written an endorsement, thought others shopping for a moving company should hear this. They really cared. THANKS GUYS for making my life so much easier. One less thing to worry about.

  • We received quotes from 3 different moving companies and Hall Lane impressed us the most, with their services and price.  Alex came and did a thorough inventory of our house, and gave moving tips while he was doing it.  Our closing date was uncertain, so we had to schedule the move within a week of the moving date, and Hall Lane accommodated us, even to move on a Sunday.  The movers were punctual, professional and personable throughout the move.  They were very careful with all of our belongings and worked hard every minute of the job.  There was a challenge moving a large elliptical machine up basement stairs, but after some extra effort, they were able to move it up and out.  At the destination, the floors and railings were protected and all items put where we wanted.  We are still unpacking, but we have found zero damage and I am sure we won't find any at all.  As an added bonus, the workers did the job in less time than originally estimated, so we paid less than the quoted price.  I would recommend Hall Lane to anyone.

  • They were excellent. They were prompt, very professional. I used them like 4 times and each time, they were exactly the same. The price was reasonable and the guys were just good. I'd recommend them to anybody.

  • I've used this mover a couple of times and I've been exceptionally pleased on both occasions.  I have a small office attached to my home but have quite a large inventory, and a lot of technical equipment.  I was nervous about the move as I needed to have as little downtime as possible so I scheduled it toward the end of the work day.  Three men arrived and the foreman took charge right away.  My confidence increased as it was clear they knew what to do and they weren't slightly fazed by my 600 pound professional printer which was my biggest concern.  They wrapped it carefully and loaded it on the truck within 15 minutes.  Unloading was faster than I expected and everything arrived in perfect condition.  I highly recommend this company for a home or business.

  • Everything arrived in very good condition. He was the most reasonably priced. He picked up the furniture, signed a contract and delivered the merchandise. The next day he called for the credit card payment. I would use him again.

  • Went OK. Only complaint is my window air conditioner did not survive the move. Now makes high pitched whining sound and no cold air. I told Ed Keating about it and he said his insurance would only pay 50 cents per pound. Assuming AC weighs about 40 lbs I would get $20 for it. Definitely not going to cover the cost of a new AC. I asked him to submit the claim. Haven't heard anything since.

  • Totally well from getting the estimate to securing the date for the move to the actual job. Charlie, who made the arrangements, and Greg & crew who carefully moved every piece of furniture, were both friendly and professional! I would and have already recommended Mr. D's to all.

  • We had a very good experience, with no damage to either our furniture or property. The staff were very friendly and did a great job. They took the time to make sure that we were happy with the placement of our furniture and delivered our unused furniture to our gargage. We would definitely recommend Verity.

  • The moving team was nice enough and on time, we tipped them well, but somewhere between them putting our belongings in public storage and getting to the new house they damages multiple items, boxes were crushed, and more. When we called to talk to the owner Keith he told my mother (who is very level headed and kind) that she packed the boxes so she was responsible for if they got crushed and that he doesn't need to to do anything because she got the basic insurance. So basically they can treat your stuff like crap if you have the insurance. He then told my mom she was the rudest person he had ever talked to and hung up on her.

  • It could not have gone smoother. The move was arranged through Hall-Lane, and actual service was provided by Corrigan Moving and Storage, of Michigan, another United Van Lines affiliate. Everything was explained in detail, from start to finish, and there were no surprises. I would recommend Hall- Lane, and Corrigan again and again.
