I've been coming here for years. Everyone is so professional, knowledgeable, and honest. No matter the issue, they treat me fairly and always help me get the best value. I would never go anywhere else with my car.

They were pretty good in the time that I brought it to be serviced there. They took care of it. The customer-service there is very friendly. They took care basically of everything. I asked if there was a recall and they looked it up for me. It happened to be that my car was not part of that but they were able to look it up. They're pretty timely. You can get it that day. If you want to wait for the car, you should let them know and you can wait in the waiting room.

    Nassau Shores Automotive Inc.
Excellent service. The office staff are welcoming and reassuring. The repair technicians are trained and appear very knowledgeable. In one instance, I was insisting something was wrong with my brakes and I was trying to explain how the car responded when the brakes were applied. The tech listened to me and then asked if the car made a sound which he then reproduced. It was exactly the sound my car made.

    Atlantic Toyota
onditionI felt totally ripped off, and am going to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
I came in with an add from the Internet for a car for 15685, I shook hands with the salesman on that deal, and went back to finance
I had the typical experience and bought a service pack, as I commend Atlantic Toyota for their service department
I went ahead and filed all the paperwork for the loan, signed everything etc, and all went smoothly as expected, very well done and professional
When I got home and was going over the paperwork, lo and behold the car had cost me well over 20,000 and the only fee I was expecting was tax on the 15, 685
I was over 5000 dollars more than I had shaken hand on with the salesman!
There were so many papers my wife did not check them all, and neither did I, but I did not think I had to
The only number I knew was the financed monthly number so they scammed me entirely
Granted it was my fault, in not reading all the numbers -- when I called I was told it was a certification fee and a reconditioning fee that were the bulk of my problem --- since the listed price was for a Certified Toyota Car -- this was strictly a scam, further there was no reconditioning done after I bought the car off of the lot.
This dealer should not ever be marginally trusted in any way IMO. Yes I did not check my numbers, but I should not have to.
I was IMO genuinely robbed by this dealer.

    Complete Automotive Repair
I requested the tow truck driver follow the manufacturers recommendation for winching my vehicle, a Volvo XC70 AWD onto the flatbed. i.e. use the tow ring not straps/hooks on chassis, and A frames. He told me he does not do that because he does not trust the rings, and they fail on Volvos, and BMW's. ( Do these companies know about this? Obviously he knew much more than the Volvo engineers I would guess. I insisted he follow proceedure, he declined and drove away still leaving me stranded. I recontacted BP Motor Club who contacted the company. The driver claimed I was abusive. ( all this within a 5 min time frame ). Clearly he knew the call was coming and best to cover himself.  BP took the report I filed with them - don't expect much to happen there- and arranged for another service.
Since I require a vehicle tow maybe once every 5 years or so, I have no real interest in the behavior of this company other than from the standpoint that as a customer, I expect my request to be honored, especially if it's a recommendation that might involve liability of the manufacturer if I ignore them. This is  what we all carry insurance for - except maybe this company.  Will not use them again and if you have a luxury car I'd avoid them.
In researching them a bit, I did find a number of disgruntled customers that had similar experiences, especially with the truck operators. They seem to think they are an entitled group that should follow only their rules.

    Dominick's Auto Repair
I was hesitant to go to a new repair shop after going to the car dealer for over 10 years. Everything was straight forward and to the point. I described the problem and left the car at the shop. Got a call back saying I needed a new converter which was order. I called in the next week and was told the converter came in and my car was ready the same day. Price is very fair and felt comfortable with everything. I would go back for future repairs and service. If anyone is looking for a auto shop, I recommend trying this one.

    Cja Luxury Transportation
We hired Craig Alongi from CJA Luxury Transportation for transportation to/from LaGuardia airport. The driver, Mike, was supposed to pick us up at 6am Saturday, July 19th 2014.  At 6:10, he still hadn?t arrived and we then decided to call the 2 contact numbers we had for the company.  One number went right to voicemail, the other went to a generic, came-with-the-phone message. We left messages at both numbers, didn?t hear anything.  At 6:15, we decided to pack our car and drive
ourselves, since our flight was at 8am. We called both numbers again while on the way to tell them not to bother, went to voicemails again. Luckily we got to the airport and parked our car in long-term parking and got to the gate right as they were boarding the plane.
We landed at our destination, turn the phones back on.  NOTHING. No voicemails profusely apologizing or explaining what happened.  We?re in our rental car, and I receive a FACEBOOK MESSAGE from Craig Alongi.  Not even a phone call.  He went the cowardly and unprofessional way of communicating through Facebook.  He apologized, yadda yadda, said he was on
vacation and hired another guy to do the job who has never been late, yadda yadda, offered a free trip in the future and refunded our credit card the $160 we paid him.
I messaged him back saying thanks from apologizing, but I don?t why it took 8 hours to hear back from him.  I also posed the question of him reimbursing us our long-term parking costs since we had to drive in and pay for parking due to his company?s negligence.  He doesn?t respond.  I write him a similar message after flying back home, after paying $180 for long-term parking.  I finally hear back from him.  He responds with ?Why would I pay for your parking when I refunded your 160.00 dollars already?  REALLY?!?!??!
While compensating us for our parking is not mandatory, I believe it would have been the appropriate thing to do, especially to save face as a small business owner.  I even asked (through Facebook messenger still, since that is the only way he?s choosing to ?communicate? with me), that if instead of offering a free trip in the future (which would be very comparable to our $180 parking bill), we just compensate us for our parking.  NEVER HEARD BACK.  I?m not expecting to hear from him again, so the only thing I can do is to warn future victims of this horrible business.  Choose someone else to drive you to and from the airport.  COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning my windshield was hit by a quarter size rock which resulted in a crack that within 10 mins went from 1 inch to 18 inches across the whole windshield. I went right to Auto-topia. Tony & Kevin set up the replacement service with his glasier within minutes.  I dropped the car to Tony at 11:30 and had the car back by 4:30. He arranged the whole thing for me and had my car back in hours. As with all the repairs I have needed on my vehicles Tony and his staff have given  prompt, courteous, professional service at honest rates. I give a world of thanks to Tony for running an honest, reliable neighborhood business that always takes good care of his customers!! He blows the dealerships away!!

    1042 Collision Inc
I needed some collision type repairs made to my auto, and, there would be no insurance claim. I needed a rocker panel re-installed, a mising skid plate installed, a splash guard replaced, and the front bumber tightened up. i was told the job would take about four(4) hours. The job was done in three(3) hours including looking for a water leak . The job was finished with a free car wash. All this done while I waited and in less time that quoted.

    Massapequa Nissan
.I recently dropped off our Altima at Massapequa Nissan for a 15K service. A few days after picking up the car I was reviewing the bill and noted a charge I questioned. While the dealer does perform the service as specified, they are some what deceptive in what is included in the package price. In particular, a line item of the service is a mandatory joining of a and quot;cluband quot; called Nitrofill for an included charge of $25.00 which is only disclosed on the final invoice.
What is Nitro Fill? It is a service that fills your tires with Nitrogen instead of ordinary air. In addition it gives you and quot;complimentaryand quot; roadside services but does not disclose if you actually qualify for them until you register the card number on line. The advertising material of Nitro extolls the benefits of their service in the use of nitrogen in NASCAR, the space shuttle, the USAF stealth bomber and bicycle tires used in the Le Monde.
My Nissan Altima will surely now be able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
My position here is if you want me to buy it, tell me about it, don't sneak it into the legitimate services of a 15K check up. The practice is deceptive and really is padding the charge they state for the service. For the sake of $25.00 they collected, I will not have my car serviced there again, nor will I lease another vehicle from them. As new car dealerships go, they had been to this point very straight forward and helpful in resolving minor issues.
I requested the charge be removed and was told it could not be because it was part of the package even though it is broken out as a line item.
Yeah, it's only $25.00, but do it a thousand get the picture. This dealership is partn of a huge multi- car selling group, so the loss of my patronage is of no consequence. My local independent service station though will get my routine service work and will be less inclined to scam me,i hope.
