    CAMPING WORLD
    My first run in with the service department was back in 2015. My RV was damaged and my insurance stated to bring it in to Camping World and whatever was fixed would be covered for the lifetime of the camper. I needed the camper back right away and paid for the services out of pocket and the insurance company was going to mail be the difference. After I picked up my camper I myself had to take the pictures for the insurance company since camping world did not. I was also charged the at door labor rate and not the Insurance contracted rate. The insurance sent the check to Camping World who kept calming they never received the check even though the insurance company said it had been cashed. I had to go round and round to get that money back. On top of that I also was suppose to get the labor rate difference. It took over 6 months and having to make threats to the NYS Attorney Generals office to get my money back. Now in 2017 my camper's waste system piping has pulled away from my waste tank. I took it in to camping world since they were the ones that sold me the Good Sam's Extended Warranty plan. On the website it says that the waste system is covered including by not limited to the connections. Needless to say the claim has been denied. I do not recommend this company and will be attempting to get a refund on the service plan.

    ADAMS AUTO MART PARTS PLUS
    I had purchased my 1982 GMC Motor Home but prior to that I had it inspected to see what repairs might need and was given an estimate which I will agree was close to what the final bill was.  I purchased the Motor Home  based on that information.  Date of purchase was 03/07/2014.  I mentioned I wasn't in a hurry but had to push the issue.  Final bill date was 5/21/14 with promised date of 5/06/14.  When I left Adams Auto Mart with my Motor Home I proceeded to have the propane tank topped off about a mile south of Adams Auto Mart.  In doing so I was requested to shut the pilot light off to the refrigerator and after the task was performed I drove it just about 50 or so feet away and restarted the pilot light.  It started but after a trip of about 30 to 40 miles I stopped and notice it was out.  I tried several times to restart it and had no luck.  I returned to Adams Auto Mart and Mr. Adams informed me that it could be plugged lines or something to do with the burner and that I would have to pull it out and service it myself or have it performed.  I was very upset with what he said.  I wondered why he didn't tell me by a call to discuss this matter which I would have had him or someone there do.  This didn't occur to the best of my knowledge or I would have responded.  I noticed I had a 90 day warranty parts and labor so today (June 26th, 2014) at approximately 1PM I went to Adams Auto Mart and I politely requested that, that part me malfunctioning and I wanted it checked out under my warranty.  He stated in so many words that it wasn't.  I polittely stated that I was disappointed and walked out.  This is where it becomes very troubling as I feel this man needs to be reported to any potential customer that would use his services.  He followed me out and stood in the door and cussed and swore and used all sorts of profane language calling me stupid old man and the f word numerous times, etc.  No matter what had occur in the service of my Mobile Home he had no right to berate me in such a humiliating mannor.  I feel it is my duty to report this.  He even threaten to attack me.  I address him accordingly as I feared for my physical well being.  Also he mentioned he would sue my a** if I told about this incident.  Not a person I would like to do business with ever again and I feel the customers that would look to Adams Auto Mart in Central Square, NY should know
