    We happened upon this recently opened business when trying to correct a problem created by a large well known furniture store who sold us the wrong bed frame. They sent us out the door with a standard frame whereas we need a special frame designed for platform beds. When we returned to complain, the original furniture store seemed not to understand the nature of the problem (or didn't want to). So we sought a solution elsewhere...and lucky for us we found Sage Home Furnishings. Mike Sage (the owner) understood the problem, recommend the proper frame, and delivered and installed it within hours of our purchase. And the price was right! Can't beat that!

    I had great service from start to finish through out the whole process. It all started with our salesperson Johnnie Knight. She was a pleasure to deal with and a was a true professional. Johnnie gave us just the right amount of attention while we were shopping and did not hover as we went through the huge showroom in order to look at couches. She assisted us in the final fabric choices for the couch and pillows. I just have to say she has a good eye for design and left a lasting impression during the short time we had to deal with her. Dunk & Bright as a company was great to deal with I spoke with at least 5 people during the whole process, all of which gave top customer service. Delivery was a easy process in which they called to notify us the couch was in and set up a delivery date. They called the day before to give us a 2 hour delivery window and actually showed up earlier then scheduled.

    AMAZING ! When our cabinets were installed it was a perfect fit !  No spaces, no gaps, no misalligned parts.  Installation crew were professional and efficient.  There were no cheater spots, the entire kitchen went in just as it should! After going to big box stores we were quite surprised that we could get a "CUSTOM KITCHEN" at nearly the same price and the jump in quality was apparent and well worth the few dollars more.  We certainly got every dollars worth out of B & H and couldn't be any happier.

    Nu Look Cabinet Refacing
    came and measured the area, measured for new counters.  Materials were delivered on time,men were pleasant and punctual. Had plumber to install  new sink and faucets.  they left no mess and finished in a timely fashion.

    We need a mattress that will meet both of our different needs (for comfort and health reasons). It is hard to make a decision - mattresses can be expensive and most stores do not allow returns. This store was willing to try conforming a mattress as close to our needs as possible - and "tweet" it, but it would still not be returnable." If we were able to return the mattress or know that it could actually be "tweeted" to our needs, we would not hesitate purchasing a mattress from this store.

    After calling numerous times from Oct 30th without any  contact with the owner, we finally were able to speak to the owner who said he would call us back with status of the completion of our furniture.  He never called us back, we called regularly and finally got ahold of the owner again, only to be told that he never made the statement that the piece would be ready by any specific date, this was the week before the end November already.  He stated he would find out the status and  ETA for completion and availability for pickup at his location of the piece of furniture and let me know when it would be available..  He called back at the end of November stating it was onsite and would be available to be picked up at my convenience.  We picked up the entertainment center the first weekend of December nearly 12 weeks after we put the order in for the unit. communication by the owner to his customers is very poor.  A simple call back would have sufficed and reduced the number of times I would have called looking for status of my furniture.

    La-Z-Boy has an excellent product. We've had La-Z-Boy chairs in the past and we returned there to replace an old one because we wanted both swivel and recline, and as far as we know, that's the only place locally that offers that. The chair is fine, but the overall experience was not favorable. The salesman did an average job, and I will give him points for not hovering over us while we tried out the various options. The sale was completed and the chair was delivered to the store for us to pick up on time, and the pick up went well. However, we had also ordered arm covers and those were backordered. We were told they'd be here in a couple weeks. We hadn't heard anything by the time we went on vacation. When we came back, there was still no notification. We called, and yes, they were in the store. I had to go pick them up. When I got there, the woman taking care of me first complained about the computer, but then came back with the arm covers, sealed in an opaque shipping envelope. She handed it to me and I left. She didn't even open the envelope so I could verify it was the right item, actually mine. I opened the envelope in the car, just to make sure (I don't live near the store) and found they were right. They were all folded up, so they had creases in them, but they were the right covers. But here's the thing: We spent $700 in their store. I don't think it was too much to expect that they would notify us when the arm covers were in...or for that matter, couldn't they have been shipped to us rather than making us make another trip to a somewhat distant store to pick them up? The chair is wonderful, so we probably would buy another chair from them. But their customer service is far from impressive. I've bought a number of items from Ashley and they get the whole customer service thing, from start to finish. La-Z-Boy could take a page from their book and give the customer an overall great experience. They choose not to do that.
