    Steve was wonderful. He was very thorough, and provided needed advice regarding the invitations every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to all. I will gladly use utilize his services again. The invitations were well received and had many complements. The cost and amounts were determined by my client and Steve per their quantity needs via phone. My understanding is that the price was very fair and the client was happy.

    Unfortunately, the Staples employee was in the middle of a HUGE job, and under pressure because there was very little time left until her deadline for pick up. When she told me I could leave the documents and come back in an hour, she saw how disappointed I was and began to ask me more questions about the job I needed printed. She said if I didn't mind it not being stapled or made 2-sided, she could quickly run it off right away, while I waited. So, a few minutes later, I got what I came for, and was very grateful that she took the time to find out if she could somehow accommodate me.

    They wanted to make me wait a week to set this up.  They came in two days.  I wanted the guy who I made the purchase with to come and install my computer because I felt that he was competent with computers.  I also needed all of my software set up as well.  I was paying a lot of money to get them to do this work for me.  They came, and it was not the same guy that was supposed to come.  They told me that the monitor I had purchased was not going to work with my desktop.  He told me that the monitor could hook up to my old laptop.  In a day or two when I tried to get back on the internet it blew up my router.  He left, and days went by before somebody finally came back out.  A guy came out and transferred all of my files.  He showed me that he did this, but when he left I could not find most of the files he transferred.  The laptop I bought keeps shutting down.  The power cable will not stay connected to the laptop.  It keeps falling out, it is not a snug fit.  They started jerking me around when I called back and told them I could not find my files.  I told him I bought a years worth of service and the manager said he was not going to send anyone back out.  He informed me that I had not bought a years worth of service that I had only purchased a one time deal.  I told him that I couldnt find my software.  I could not find most of the movies or pictures that my grandson had made.  I also could not find most of my own personal artwork.  They took my old desktop and monitor and scrapped it.  I have had several problems with the laptop they sold to me.  They did not give me any instructions on how to adjust settings on the laptop to make it work better for me.  The manager said I only had so many days in which to return the computer and I said I had to have someone come out and get it because I am so handicapped.  He informed me that they would not come out again.  After much arguing, they agreed to come out and show me where my files were and to take the monitor that I do not need.  They still have not shown up.  The manager is a liar, and my complaints are not being dealt with.  I went to them because I trusted them, and I feel like they have taken advantage of me.  I have spent a lot of money with them feeling completely confident in the competence they showed me the day of the purchase.  Since that day, I have been blown away by the lack of consumer consideration and the lack of competence being displayed by the employees.  I feel within the 14 days that I was not happy with the laptop, and they would not come out and pick it up.  A guy from Staples called me the day before yesterday to inform me that my old monitor and desktop had not been scrapped and was actually still in the store.  I again tried to inform them that I was disabled and they would not come out and give it to me.  After a lengthy conversation, they said the manager would not take the laptop back but they would bring my old desktop and monitor back.  They still have not shown up.
