Seemed competent, staff seemed friendly Do not pay cash - they do not account for cash payments (it disappears - really?) My wife paid the copay paid cash did not get the receipt (her bad) but what do they post the cash received to? She spoke to the office and they promised to take care of it. After months of the threatening collection for $15 copay - just paid and learned our lesson. SO DO NOT PAY CASH!!!!!

Dr. Jason Steinfeld did cataract surgery on my eyes and told me he did "glaucoma work" right after each one. He badly messed up my eyes with this glaucoma work. I didn't even have glaucoma at the time. He took care of that years earlier with laser. He caused damage to the inner parts of my eyes and would not admit he had done something wrong, I waited months before he told me to go to Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. There they had to do high risk surgery to save my eyes because Steinfeld had caused Malignant Glaucoma. I paid $1000. cash myself and spent months thinking I might go blind. My left never completely recovered. Steinfeld was rude and bullying and calling me "hysterical" when I told him something was wrong with my eyes after he worked on them. I kept all my medical records. At Wills Eye Hospital they told me that it been too much longer, they would not have been able to help me. Steinfeld could have admitted he caused damage and referred me right away but he did not. The corrective operations done at Wills Eye Hospital were called Vitrectomy operations which could have resulted in blindness because they were such high risk.

It was definitely scary to find that she needed glasses, but the doctor explained her findings very thoroughly.

Dr. Wertheimer is wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He caught a medical problem that my physician had missed just a week prior. He was caring and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Wertheimer!

I had three laser surgeries with him. He is a very, very good doctor. He takes his time with his patients, so you do have to wait.

I had Dr Jason Munez and I liked his manner. He was both professional and friendly. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. The eye glass technician Sal was terrific. He fitted my glasses like no one else has done ever. I continue to go every year. I like that I have a choice of either their Clinton or Flemington offices. I've used both and am very happy with my treatment. Be aware: getting glasses and lens is not cheap. The cost is way more than other famous optometry places but the differences in the craftsmenship between this and cheaper alternatives is actually "seeable".

Their front desk staff are amazing and the doctors are the best around. Saturday they diagnosed I was getting shingles in my eye and they got me on medicine before it got more serious. I would highly recommend them.
