He made sure to clean up after each job and was very considerate about not causing any damage when completing his tasks. ACNY Handyman IncPatrick and his team from O'Tools did a fantastic job with many small handyman type projects inside and outside. His team redid a front brick walkway, power-washed a large stone retaining wall and painted a few items that were in dire need. They also did a great job installing a glass tile back-splash that brought the kitchen a much needed entrance to the 21st century. I would highly reccomened Patrick and his team!- David W.

He came the next day and started the job and was done, I believe it was 4 or 5 days later. ACNY Handyman IncThey did a great job with all the tasks we gave them. One of O'Toole's supervisors (Butch) performed most of the repairs, and he brought in one or two others as needed. They showed a lot of professionalism, skill, attention to detail, and courtesy. Butch understood what had to be done and I got the feeling that both he and the business owner have many years of experience. Butch especially showed attention to the deck, coating the spaces between the planks to protect them. The other folks he brought to help were good also (one was even a smoker who was careful to never leave any butts in our yard). The price was good, based on all the work that we needed done. I have already recommended O'Toole's to two people, and we'll think of them if we have future work to do.- Bob M.

ACNY Handyman IncThe workers were very courteous, timely, polite and professional. One employee came and power washed both decks and the stairs to both of the decks and it only took a few hours to complete. The other employee made a perfect privacy fence for my deck. He took the time to listen to me and construct exactly what I wanted which I absolutely love. (Of course that meant that he had to remove the existing ugly fence and railing that was there from a previous contractor who didn't listen to me!) He then stained both of the decks along with the stairs. He removed a table and grill from the deck during the process. He was always on time and would let me know if he had to leave for materials (if I was there). The entire project was completed in about 3.5 days and I couldn't be happier. Everything was cleaned up daily and the furniture was returned to the deck (2nd flr. deck) and the old material was taken away. I will use them again if I have a need and would recommend them to anyone that asked. As a matter of fact I found out that my neighbor asked one of the employee's for his information because they may want some work done too. O'Toole's is a keeper!- Kathleen C.

AGreat! Received a quote the day I called and was able to schedule for a week later, weather dependent due to it being December. We are not sure our Mom's windows had ever been professionally cleaned. Our Dad would wash the outside but he has been gone for almost 13 years. There was a heavy film on the outside which made them look like the seals were broken, they were not. They now sparkle, cleanest they have ever been! They also discovered the front gutter was loaded with years of pine needles despite hiring someone to clean them out just this last October. Guess they missed this one and would not come back since it had been over 30 days. Emerald cleaned them and flushed out the downspouts also. Even those that were done in October. Really nice people and they did an awesome job.
